This is a very nice & clean hotel and it met all my needs. It is very nice location. I would recommend it to anybody.

I give this hotel a 10 plus why because of the cleanliness the niceness of every staff member there there was not one bitter moment I had everyone went out of their way to help and I would definitely come back and stay here again it's worth the money and I stayed at the comfort Inn before it became the spark Hotel and I just want to say the upgrade is beautiful I give it a 10 plus .. stayed for 3 nights and loved every minute of it!! Rooms were very clean and bright.

The property was recently refurbished and done well. My room was clean though it could have been scrubbed a bit better in the bathroom. The AC unit worked but I believe the unit should have been replaced. All in all a good stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was very clean and well maintained. This is obviously not a luxury property but it was perfect for one night as I had an appointment at UVA. Very well located to restaurants.

I would prefer an ice bucket in the room rather than having to walk down to the ice machine with my cup

We've stayed here before it was a Spark and the remodel is nice. Didn't care for no coffee in the room or ice buckets? The bulk yogurt dispenser and whole breakfast spread was nice. We would stay here again.

Problem with booking. Booked a month in advance and paid for a King size suite but was given a double queen. They ran out of hot water in the middle of our shower. The staff, especially Jennifer at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Hotel room was very clean and everything else worked great.

The renovation by Hilton for their Spark hotels is very impressive. A traveler will not be disappointed.

The breakfast was pretty sparse. There was some apples and over ripe bananas. After the first day we went to Waffle House for breakfast. This hotel would be OK for a quick night's sleep while traveling but not ideal for much more. Check in, sleep, grab a bagel and go. We were in town visiting family and not knowing much about the place we reserved and paid for three days without seeing it. The price was pretty good and I would consider staying there again if I were looking to get in, sleep, shower and leave.

Never stayed there. Hotel said my card was declined and I needed to pay there. Called customer service and they said I was all set and payment was taken. After 30 minutes of the hotel and Engines customer service rep going back and forth I ended up leaving and booking another hotel!! Not Happy At ALL!!!!!!!
