I stay here all the time when I am in Fargo which is quite a bit and its always wonderful. None

It was nice, but minimalist style translated to spartan felt like spending the evening in an Ikea store. Just not much style or flair. Parking was a mess. Hotel was mess I think they were doing repairs. Goofy EV stations and low emissions parking spaces should be placed in back of hotel so they can sit empty instead of sitting in prime parking spaces.

The building was clean. We were greeted warmly by the front desk person. It seems a small company could host some training there. If an extended family group needed a place to rent a few rooms. There is a nice open areas to sit and chat. The walls are extremely thin. Our neighbors was a snorer. We could hear them ALL night long. At breakfast they had a French toast station- the staff were sitting chatting with each other verse interacting with the guest.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Room amenities were great (decent sized fridge, microwave, sink, actual plates/cups). Appreciated a focus towards energy efficiency (could always go further!) Towels were nice. Nothing - would gladly stay here repeatedly. Shame on the folks parking their huge SUV/trucks in the spots marked for energy efficient vehicles. Hallway carpet was ready for shampooing.

I love the salt water pool and hot tub! Nice breakfast.

Very disappointing. A huge party took over the pool and patio area for 8+ hours of the day. The kids were not supervised and were terribly misbehaved. The front desk person didn’t know what the party policy was, despite the door saying “no pool parties”.
