Best Western Springfield West Inn

Great stay. Property was clean and nice

It was a nice property! Clean room, I was very satisfied.

No road noise or any other extraneous noises, great sleep!

Beds very comfortable. We only stayed one night but would go back. Pool not open but no big deal.Breakfast was good with several options and constantly refilled during the 3 hour window.

They are trying to make it look nice, but it has a ways to go. There was a good size hole that the baseboard didn't cover...the AC made noise, not enough to keep me awake but definitely not a quiet night...and there were multiple times I thought there was a pungent odor of marijuana in the room.

I traveled with my family of 4. We were very tired so we needed a place to lay our head. Upon entering the front door there was dirt and debris on the floor. The staff member was very nice and efficient. We parked at the back of the building that had a fence panel that was knocked out. The back door was unlocked and didn't require a key card. Our room was the first door on the right. The amount of debris on the carpet and in the corner before entering our room showed that a vacuum clearly hadnt been used in a while. We entered our room and the toilet was running which it did every so often in the night. We closed the drapes and they were yellowed and discolored. The bedding looked clean and was comfortable. I went to place our suitcase in the curtained closet on the luggage holder and saw mouse droppings. It's safe to say we slept, showered and left without breakfast. This was a hard review as I have never had this experience at Best Westerns.

Never got replacement towels when requested.

Behind the parking lot there is over a 30 foot drop straight down in to the river. No safety barer or warning sines at all.

Room was clean, we had a problem in our first room. The staff was very kind and fixed the problem. Breakfast was great, plenty of parking. Quiet clean place to stay.

Best Western has yet to let me down. I got in late at night but the staff was very helpful

Room sufficient. Breakfast good!! Rooms clean and comfortable. TV could have offered more stations. Nice stay all in all though for the price!!

The breakfast was great. Eggs, sausage and waffles. Multiple other choices. Fresh yogurt with toppings.

The staff was extremely friendly and the room was very clean.

Honestly, I appreciated the room service being available but only automatic on certain days. As an unusually anxious person, I felt more at ease not having personnel in our room every day. Everything was clean and attendants were all polite and friendly.

Good stay for the value

It’s an older property

Nice modern and comfortable property that was a good value as well. Arrived late and front desk representative could not have been more helpful on several issues. An excellent breakfast included. Great place to stay.

Room was comfortable, staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was very good. The location was ok, although not very close from the city itself. The towels were thin... thinner than the ones we have at home, and this is not common in hotels. I thought that the halls should be cleaner, and the air conditioning was a bit noisy.
