Candlewood Suites West Springfield by IHG

Room was very nice. It had a full kitchen minus a stove. Had everything pots pans dishes utensils etc... I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area. It was that good!

The hotel was very nice though. Besides what I said above (and assuming I do get that back) I would definitely stay again.

Room was kept up but bathroom was terrible. Towel holder broke first night. Reported but never got fixed. 3rd night lost AC. Had to wait for 2 hours to get another room. Same issue with the bathroom again. I was glad that the employees were very nice and friendly

It was a nice place to stay for the night with comfy beds.

Staff and rooms were amazing

Clean room good for staying in like the pool. But it will be better if they have breakfast included.

Staff is incredible., they go above and beyond to fit your needs!! Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Would recommend!

We booked two rooms - one for us and the other for our daughter and her family. They were conveniently across the hall from each other. The rooms were neat, well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. The grandkids loved the indoor pool. The hotel location was great - just a few miles from Six Flags New England. This could easily be a yearly mini-vacation for us.

Couldn’t say much about cleanliness and amenities since I got stopped at the front desk after booking that I could not stay since my dog’s “breed” was “not accepted”. Never has this been an issue at any other hotel. Can say I’ll never book with Candlewood suite again. I suggest Candlewood Suites to update their policies especially on Expedia, don’t state you’re pet friendly when you’re truly not.

Modest hotel at very convenient location with great staff, clean property, comfortable room wirh kitchenette and nice size pool and hot tub. Really good value for the room rate.

This was my first stay at a Candlewood Suites. Not sure why they call them suites. No free breakfast, but they provide you with a kitchen and will SELL you anything in their convenience store to make it yourself. I found that kind of hilarious!!!! We checked in late, left early so didnt use many amenities. Found it kind of expensive for what it was. The one thing that I found especially irrating is the height of the bed. Not everyone is over 6 feet tall and able to climb into these giant beds!

Room was very clean, staff was helpful throughout Pool needed to be vacuumed, but the kids didn't care and had a great time

Walls are on the thinner side. Could hear people above us and around us. Employees working the counter were very nice.

My 4 year old son found narcotics and was about to digest it. I had to take from him and delivered it to Mitch. The back of the couch has loose nails sticking out of it. The bathroom door was broken. It was dirty.

The pool water was green

Staff in the afternoon/evening was very rude. The pool was so gross! When you can’t see the bottom of the pool then something is wrong! I couldn’t let me little nephew swim in that!
