Courtyard by Marriott West Springfield

This hotel was say to get to from the highway and a short drive from downtown Springfield. It’s not in a pretty area (basically a strip mall) but my room was bright and spacious.

We had a great stay

Small room but used very efficiently for a place to sleep. Everything looked nice and the bed was very comfy. The shower has seen better days though and looks like it could go for some TLC

Bistro,Staff Pool

Staff was unreal. Our booking was for three, a King bed and sofa bed. Lied telling us we booked an accessible room with a King bed. Our son had to sleep on the floor after spending nearly two hours trying to figure it out, with no help from the staff who only brought us one comforter and a pillow for the floor. Staff threatened to call police and told me not to put my hands on her when I mentioned my Latina fire was coming out after she hung up on me twice from the room so I went to see her in person. Shower water was awful and got all over because the showerheads were pointing at the curtain and could not be readjusted. Bathroom and room were not clean with spiders and debris on the carpet. King bed was comfortable. Floor was not. And it was gross. Air conditioning very loud. Amenities like the gym downstairs were very nice but we did not get to enjoy since we spent all our time trying to get the room we booked and jetted out as soon as we possibly could in the morning.

Very clean, people were pleasant. I’ll stay there again

The staff are helpful sans polite. This is a solid four star hotel. Don’t be a cheap mook, book today.

First, I have to say that I travel a lot and stay in a lot of marriages, both across the country and internationally. This was an excellent day as I stayed here with my family for graduation weekend. The rooms were very clean spacious. The air conditioner was very quiet and actually worked for a change. There were good amenities on site including a mini Starbucks where we could get decent enough breakfast and on time I only wish they open a little bit earlier. The location overall was also excellent where it was near a lot of stores amenities, and also near the highways. I have stated before and strongly recommended.

Quick night headed out for an appointment in Boston. Seemed ok but didn’t really check out anything. Coffee shops very conveniently located close by.

Young man at the bar was very professional The shower head needs to be replaced as soon as possible, and the shower is a dangerous idea. Water spills all over the floor and creates safety hazards.

I was disappointed in that I thought breakfast would be included with my booking, but found out upon check in that it was an add-on cost. The breakfast food and coffee options for sale at the coffee bar were somewhat limited. The hotel was clean and other amenities like the gym and pool were nice.

Perfect area when in Springfield, closed to everything, staff super friendly!

Safe

Excellent stay. Staff were friendly, great amenities, and hotel was very clean. However, disappointed as housekeeping came once during our four night stay. Taking out trash, replacing towels, and restocking coffee/tea service is of value to me.
