This Courtyard was physically what you might expect from this brand: clean rooms, updated lobby with work spaces, small pool, basic workout area. What set this suburban hotel apart, in my opinion, was the warmth and kindness of the staff. Everyone working in this hotel was kind and helpful ,the breakfast options were was lovingly prepared. .and I was made to feel "at home.". .

Cons, The place is well worn and not the cleanest. Not sure what was in my shower but I didn't go near it. The carpeting in the elevator was ancient. The shower never did warm up so I just washed real fast. The bed was in an odd configuration and not across from the TV, so you had to crick your neck around to see it. The carpeting in the room was sketchy but the bed comfortable enough. The pool was cloudy and icky and there was no way I was going in. No hot tub. The place seemed to be somewhat of a hang out for local 20 somethings. Mixed bag.

This hotel was say to get to from the highway and a short drive from downtown Springfield. It’s not in a pretty area (basically a strip mall) but my room was bright and spacious.

Small room but used very efficiently for a place to sleep. Everything looked nice and the bed was very comfy. The shower has seen better days though and looks like it could go for some TLC

Staff was unreal. Our booking was for three, a King bed and sofa bed. Lied telling us we booked an accessible room with a King bed. Our son had to sleep on the floor after spending nearly two hours trying to figure it out, with no help from the staff who only brought us one comforter and a pillow for the floor. Staff threatened to call police and told me not to put my hands on her when I mentioned my Latina fire was coming out after she hung up on me twice from the room so I went to see her in person. Shower water was awful and got all over because the showerheads were pointing at the curtain and could not be readjusted. Bathroom and room were not clean with spiders and debris on the carpet. King bed was comfortable. Floor was not. And it was gross. Air conditioning very loud. Amenities like the gym downstairs were very nice but we did not get to enjoy since we spent all our time trying to get the room we booked and jetted out as soon as we possibly could in the morning.
