This is a hidden gem. The area around it was a little sketch but it was like when Dorothy walked into Oz… clean, colorful, kind staff who let us in very late. Room was beautiful! Shower was 10/10 and a massage chair?! What a relaxing stay! All the tiny details were accounted for including the lavender scented soap! Would definitely recommend.

Only drawback - if you want to register early, there is a $50 charge. But we were able to register after midnight so that was fine.0

Great room. Staff was friendly. Very updated, newer construction. No complaints really

A quaint hotel with a beautiful lobby for hanging out, espresso machine, pastries and fresh baked cooked. Staff super friendly and helpful. Our room had a massage chair that was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice clean and bright room that was well appointed. Don’t let the location affect your choice to stay at this property. It was peaceful and a terrific stay in every way!

Great staff

Our room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. My teenage son loved the massage chair — we were visiting the area for a sports camp and he spent every evening using the chair to help with his sore muscles. :) The only changes I would suggest would be providing larger fridges. Ours could barely hold 4 small bottles/cans.

The modern style Location of the hotel. The beds were not super comfortable either.

Great hotel, exquisite decor, very clean, massage chair in room… Enjoyed the experience.

Breakfast was minimal, only cinnamon rolls. They were good and fresh. Would like more options. The seating options within the room. Massage chair was great, however, it took up a lot of space and was of single use. A bench, sofa, or ottoman would have been preferred.

Staff was friendly, but not overbearing. Massage chair in the room was a treat and we will likely stay again bc of this feature.

I loved the service we had for our one night there The start was too short. The area looked shady next to the old hotel.

I don’t have any complaints at this time. Thx

Management team hasn't been helpful at all, after a very unusual incident at this location

How modern it was

Very comfortable one overnight stay after a long drive. Located close to I-91, we couldn’t hear any traffic noise.
-
Two problems, difficult to find place at nite; and as I said soft bed. Otherwise great!
-
Really nice staff and hotel was clean. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

The hotel was clean the staff was amazing I really enjoy myself I was able to treat my husband to a Father's Day get away we will be coming again Just the hallway windows and elevators need to be wiped down and that's it

Room was clean. Beds are hard as rocks. Bathroom amenities were either almost empty or completely empty, so make sure you check them before you are half showered. Sheets and blankets and stains, don’t want to know what it was. There is no swimming pool, which was why I and many other people that were staying there this particular weekend for the UMass lacrosse tournament, booked it. Although, they had a billiards (pool) table in which the kids have to be 18+ to use it regardless of parental supervision. The lady working, I’m assuming the night shift, and the man with a man bun also didn’t seem to care that myself and other parents were present while it was being used, they made our 16 & 17 year olds stop using it. There really is no breakfast. Just muffins and their Kurig coffee. The hotel as a whole is ok. Not something to rave about.
