Blue – A Modern Hotel, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Lots of high end features that look like there were done to fast. I think they will get there. It looks like they are still working on it.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The massage chair was AWESOME - I wish more hotels offered this as a feature! Staff was very friendly and helpful, I really enjoyed my stay!

Complete package

Room was bright and new. Massage chair was next level comfort. Ever fixture had an interesting flair of modern convenience. That goes for the lobby which has a wider than normal array of snacks and adult drinks. and Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Cookies and pastry by the coffee station but lots of food choices available nearby. Tucked well off the busy crossroads in the area make it like an oasis, but at the same time close to anywhere in the western mass area. Competitive price point.

This hotel is a great value. I was concerned when I pulled up because the neighborhood did not look so great, but the hotel is new, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the awesome massage chairs in every room added a little bit of luxury.

Blue – A Modern Hotel was an outstanding value. The hotel was spotless, modern, and in a safe location with plenty of parking and great restaurants and shopping nearby. What really made our stay special was the staff. Every employee treated us like valued guests and took pride in their work, as if they owned the hotel. Their genuine commitment to making our stay perfect was evident throughout, and they absolutely succeeded. We would gladly stay here again.

on arrival the front door would not open when I moved back and tried again and it didn't work I just opened it myself and then got attitude from the manger about it. In the room which was clean and nicely appointed the only issue was no shampoo in the dispenser. The lady at the front desk Yolanda was the most pleasant and helpful and made my check in as smooth as could be.

Clean, friendly staff

The one drawback is that there are No POOLS !!! Please call ahead to confirm that there is no pool to manage expectations. The room sink didn’t drain after the first night. It was drained by hotel staff after it was reported. And, you’ll have to request housekeeping as there was no daily room upkeep without requesting any. All in all, I would stay here again, as well as recommend this hotel. Note: Adding a pool and/or a jacuzzi would make this place ideal for visitors.

I loved the massage throne! Only complaint was the water pressure in the bathroom sink and shower. It negated the wonderful rain head and other faucet fixtures in the beautiful bathroom. The large, anti fog, light up mirror is always nice.

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. The staff here are so professional, friendly, and attentive. It gave calm vibes with a comfy area to hang out, play pool, snack on freshly baked cookies, and hot beverages ready to go when needed. We would book again in a heartbeat!

I booked at the last minute due to a death in the family, and I had no idea where to book. The price was reasonable, and the rooms were clean and well appointed. We will be back!
