Residence Inn by Marriott West Springfield

Breakfast is included but the the items are so minimal - they always run out so fast and you have to keep waiting for replenishments.

Poor quality for Mariott. AC vents were super dusty. Two of the three bath towels provided had stains on them, old torn carpet, outdated bathrooms. Overall disappointing.

Clean comfortable room for an extended stay

The hotel room was dirty, blood stains on the comforter and shower curtain. AC was in the closet in the bedroom and sounded like a train in the room

The room was beautiful , large and very clean. The only thing we didn’t care for was having to pay to park at the motel.

The complimentary breakfast was one of the best we’ve had, with a great variety of options each morning. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We were also traveling with our cat, and the pet-friendly accommodations made everything so much easier. Even our cat seemed to settle in and enjoy the space! Overall, this hotel made our trip less stressful and much more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious, and welcoming place to stay.

Good stay but room was little dirty and bathroom was not clean as well toilet dirty pool was not bad

I must say my first impression was unpleasant. While almost all of the staff were friendly, said Hi, and were kind, the younger woman who checked me in was so unfriendly, not welcoming, and gave the impression she did not want to be there. I checked in, she was so quiet she was difficult to hear, did not smile, I had to remind her I had dogs to fill out the form, and at check out, she was at the desk again, did not ask about my stay, and again was unfriendly. Her personality was drier than the sands of the Sahara desert. At check out, she was sitting at desk, airpods in ears, watching videos on the phone, as I stood in front of her at counter for a few minutes, she never looked up, and I had to loudly say excuse me to get her attention. Otherwise, loved my stay, I especially want to praise the woman working breakfast Thursday/Friday morning, she was friendly, kind, & ensured everything was stocked! The man Saturday morning wasn't as friendly and items were emptier. Breakfast was better weekdays with sandwiches and quiche with weekend those replaced with potatoes and waffles. The suite was great, comfortable beds, clean, spacious, loved the fireplace, everything you could need and like an apartment with 2 bathrooms too! Interesting 1 bed is queen and 1 king. Great grounds to walk dogs! Pool too cold though.

Room size was great

The roim itself was fine and I was happy that there were a microwave, fridge, and even with utensils. I was in room 115. The easy access to the parking lot was great, too. Though there were people walked back and forth with loud steps for a long time and that was annoying. I thought about calling the front desk, but I didn't. It eventually stopped, but it went for a while. I had a busy weekend I was hoping to rest up.
