Do better at cleaning. Do better at getting new sheets they have burned marks all up in them gross. And if someone asks non smoking don't put them close to a smoking room

Great customer service while checking in. Malodorous in the building and room. Poorly maintained parking lot. No microwave in room. Area seems scary.

This hotel is very run down. The entrance to the parking lot is not light up and very difficult to find in the dark. The bathroom was full of mildew all over the ceiling and walls. There were also holes in the walls of the bathroom. The only plus was the bed was comfortable. There were people drinking outside and smoking weed.

Love the staff there is a Spanish girl that works upfront she is the best very personable helpful sweet always greets anything I've ever asked she's always answered questions I wish I knew her name so I didn't say Spanish girl but nonetheless she's amazing

I honestly never write reviews, but I also never had an experience like this. The staff, amazing. I had called and let them know I couldn’t make it until 3 am for check in. They checked me in early and got me all set up. The property… it was a disaster it felt like one of the hotels from horror movies. Burnt holes in the sheets, stains next to the beds. There was a square whole in the bathroom wall to keep the door open. Yellow ash marks on the tub. I didn’t even feel comfortable showering after that. The companion I stayed with told me after their shower we had to leave. They saw roaches crawling around the bathroom while they showered. Overall this place is a horror show and I don’t recommend anyone staying there ever.
