Breakfast was good a/c excellent actually cold. It was 90 outside the whole place nice and cool. Bed comfortable plenty of towels. The vending machines could use updating only cash or coins. There is gas station next door so you could get stuff there too.

Looked nothing as displayed in photos, small flies in the beds, dirty balconies, breakfast was disorganized, room floor was dirty when entered (clearly not even vacuumed) and the morning we left the cleaning staff was arguing with one another and when one upset walked past had shoved past my 8 year old son.

Dirty room, torn up carpet odd smell. The bathroom in the first room we got was covered in blood stains, the second had mystery dirt everywhere.

La chambre n'était pas très propre, draps tâché, les vitres et balcon était vraiment salle, il y avait de la moisissure dans la salle de bain, le mobilier était usé. Et la salle à déjeuner fesait vraiment dur.

The breakfast was very good and the place for the price was ok, I stayed for two nights on the third floor; the place is currently being renovated. The room was clean, but the hallway -despite being a non-smoking area- smelled like cigarettes on the first day, but smelled much, much better by the second day. The pool area needs more maintenance. The location is excellent: supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, shops, and a convenience store are all less than 5 minutes, and it is only 15 minutes from Six Flags which was my destination. Overall, considering the price, location and breakfast, it was a good stay.

When we checked in the room temperature was set to 60 degrees and very cold. When I tried to increase the temperature the setting would not change and I had to just turn it off and have no AC. Also the door to the balcony was jammed and would not close fully leaving an open gap. Since the room is right next to a highway it was very noisy with the door not able to close. Someone had stuck paper towels in the gap so I assume it had been stuck open for a while. Poor maintenance

The room was large, bright and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the walk-in shower was a plus. Very pleased with our stay. A little more of a selection provided with the continental breakfast would be nice.

Very nice hotel. Nice room and bathroom. Breakfast was pretty good. It has a Japanese restaurant attached to the building that is very good. Has sushi and hibachi.

Staff was friendly. We arrived earlier than the assigned check in time, but staff was able to accommodate. The offer of a free breakfast was convenient. It was the typical continental breakfast. Everything was fresh and plenty of options to start your day. Pool looked inviting and clean. The hotel itself is in need of major repairs. Overpriced for the current condition of rooms. It did appear however that construction was being done in another wing of the hotel. Closure areas were clearly marked. Elevators are run down. The UP button for the Main lobby elevator was difficult to manage. Desk countertop in room was cracked in several places. The mattress was not firm. The sliding doors to balcony would not fully open and glass was completely dirty (not slightly). Drapes are not black out ready so lights from the nearby highway beam right into the room at night. Curtains need to be replaced. The room smelled a bit musty. Carpet was moist. I booked with a third party for a lower rate, but found the rate still did not match the quality of hotel.

The staff was kind and friendly. Helped answered any questions that we had. We had rescued an emergency cat and didn’t know if we could bring him along and we called and they helped us out with the process. They made it so smooth. I’m very happy .
