This property was easily accessible from the I-90. The front desk staff were excellent. The hotel was very clean. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. There are a number of restaurants close by. the free breakfast was nice too. Good value for the money. I highly recommend this hotel.

The cleaning staff was very friendly. The hotel itself is run-down and in need of renovations. As a guest, I did not feel comfortable using the pool because the overall look of the hotel is dated and gives a feeling of poor upkeep. The gym is very limited, when I arrived both of the treadmills weren't working. The coffee is terrible, I did not try the breakfast...because after trying the coffee, I was all set. You can sleep here...don't expect to feel at ease or relaxed...it is just a place that is good enough to sleep at honestly....if you don't have much money. I was overcharged when I had to extend my stay for a night, so when I realized I had to extend for yet another day, I tried to book through Expedia.

Lighting in bathroom difficult to see for shaving & makeup application.

The pool was gross and not well-maintained. You also had to have an employee key in a password to let you in. The beds were okay but the pillows were too squishy and didn't hold their shape. The faucet in the bathtub leaked constantly and there was a ton of hair in the drain. Breakfast sucked. Very little variety. People were partying in the parking lot/picnic table/smoking area well into 2/3am. The room had a decent tv and bedding. But the the walls/ceilings/corners were very dated and need an upgrade. The only good thing was the staff. They were all very kind and helpful!

When we arrived we were told that in the 2 days we were staying we would not get house keeping, ok np, we went to our room after check in, we were put right over the pool with screaming kids an people yelling, people above us had kids they were running all over for hrs, the kids went to the pool it definitely was not as big as it looked, the checkin guy told the kids to have there parent to come see him cuz only 1 night got paid for np be down soon, they called the room so I went down there to pay for extra day not a big deal , asked for extra blankets cuz lil chili with the A/c going, kids came back from the pool cuz there were to many kids down there an got crowded, the outside lights came on to the parkin light witch pretty much lights up the whole room sense we faced the parkin lot, the sliding door to the balcony you had to Hercules to open the door, the breakfast was mediocre way to many people in one place, they should move the waffle maker not right near where the eggs and sausage are , not much to offer, we left kinda early to go to 6 flags for the day, we came back at 530 or so, kids wanted to go in the pool, wife was still out in the car , so I went to the room open the door an all the lights are on an beds made an room clean, dirty underwear folded on bed an blankets gone, went down to complain guy could care less, had to get blankets again, next day complained to the other manager he could care less, went out side other people said they had the same happen to the

The room was clean, staff was ok, we had to be someplace at 6:30 so asked if there was a grab and go we could get at 6 and they said NO. The air was not on, but we put it on. Toilet paper holder was broken. the outside of the building was very unkempt.

Room was clean, hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Did not try the free breakfast or the pool but the pool area looked nice and clean. Only thing that was not up to par was water pressure but would definitely stay again!

Place smells like marijuana. Trash everywhere. Outdated room. Loud. Learned after we got there that first floor is reportedly rented out to house people on parole/supervision.

I know it’s a quality in but that’s no excuse for the cleanliness of the hotel. Hair in the tub, dirty towel, sliding glass doors were disgusting. All the furniture had scratches and large nicks. When checking in the charge another $25 for the room essentials.

Everything was good except breakfast on Saturday morning wasn’t planned well they ran out of food and about an hour and a half before breakfast was the end.

This property screams tired but the bed was clean. We didn’t use the indoor pool or gym. Breakfast was ‘meh’ on the day we stopped by to eat. Luckily, we out and about most of the time. Decent restaurants in the area so no worries there.

Great stay!

In Room 410 the sliding glass door is out of square therefore there is a gap 1-2 inches from top of door to the floor. Highway noise, bugs, heat and humidity is continuously enter the room. When I went out for the day the AC pauses so when I came back my clothes felt damp from humidity buildup. WiFi was not good in my room. Breakfast was better than expected. Staff was great.
