Comfort Inn & Suites West Springfield

The room wasn’t horrible for the price but nothing worked right. And the bathroom was gross with mold. I even had to ask them to clean the room again because the sheets were dirty.

I've been staying here on an almost weekly basis lately and have yet to have a single complaint or issue. This is a relaxing stay at a clean facility with friendly staff.

Our first room had a huge brown stain on the bed. They put us in a different room, which was dirty, and had a broken shower which dripped all night. At midnight a group of people repeatedly tried to swipe their cards to get into our room, even after we got out of bed went to the door and told them they were trying to get into the wrong room. This room was expensive and horrible.

The pool Clean

Work night sometimes day shift and room had issue with the TV other than that room was well cleaned and maintained lobby was clean and staff very helpful

Room was ok , staff was great but very outdated and needs to be cleaned up and renovated. Water stains on the roof from leak.

I've machine in second floor was broken. Half and elevator were not air conditioned was very hot in those areas

Nice, clean rooms, friendly and courteous staff. Nice property, well maintained. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay.

Didn't use the pool but seemed like others were enjoying it.

I found a roach and I wanted to get a refund he said if I was to leave at a certain time he would do it he kept harassing me was very rude rushing me asking me if I’m still here I left and then he said he couldn’t give me a refund because I was rude I had a horrible experience I would recommend

Having the room near the elevator, there was no sound mitigation whatsoever. People leaving the pool, especially with children, was very noisy. Aside from that, the room was clean and comfortable.

Convenient location. Mostly clean rooms. They didn't have bed covers, something to think about. Overall quiet place. Stayed with small children. They loved the pool. Plenty of kids swimming but everyone was respectful. For the budget, I would stay here again.

Total mattress replacement needed.

Very clean

Breakfast was good! Employees were very nice! Reasonable/lower cost stay. The cockroaches we killed in the bathroom of our suite, the minor smell of urine or perhaps mice from the area in the room by the heating unit. Giant cobweb on light in our bathroom. Smell in hallway to get to our room was gross and strong.
