Quality Sleep very quiet Hotel & Safe 👍

When arriving the desk clerk was very helpful and on top of things nice personality. later in the evening my granddaughter went to the front desk and the clerk assisted her with her needs small need but she was elated. Rooms were close together across the hall but would of like adjoining rooms. still worked out well anyway

Stay was good the room stunk!

Hot tub wasn’t hot enough. Hotel appeared to be rundown a bit. Took a shower in the morning and the water was like warm. Never really got hot and it’s not because too many were showering. The hotel wasn’t filled at all. Very disappointed.

Nothing Dirty, bad location, and the worst the manager … we forgot a blazer at the room and call them trying to manage how to recover it, the girl at the phone try to be very helpful but the manager never call back to us!!! NO RECOMENDABLE

Exceptional

We had a 3 night 4 day stay. On day two, housekeeping entered our occupied room, poorly remaking the beds, taking 1 dirty towel, and replacing a trash bag. We never asked for this service. I have never stayed in a place where I had to hang the do not disturb sign on the door so housekeeping wouldn't enter the room. All of this seems like petty complaints, however what tipped us over the edge was the mattress we slept on. While fixing the fitted sheet, as I pulled the sheet up and over the mattress, the mattress pad cover flipped back. The mattress was appalling. Damage from stains from who knows where or from what that have been there for who knows how long and covered the majority of the mattress. The amount of money these hotels rack in from people nightly and weekly is more than enough to have proper furniture disposal and replacement. We will not return for another stay, or recommend to anyone. If these are the things we could see, I'm terrified to know the things we couldn't.

It an amazing time. Stay close to a week. Enjoy the poolside.

Clean room the breakfast was great and I like the pool

2nd room still dirty and spiderweb with spiders. Laminates was Peeling off walls bathroom was not as dirty as the 1st but we cleaned it with are own products. Fridge was moldie and dirty. Sink in kitchenette was dirty. Microwave was dirty. Your door card had to be reset every time we attempted to access room which was annoying. We let the front desk know about both rooms and the general manager never contacted me about the issues at hand. The front desk staff did try to help but wasn't able to do much. We understand that this is not a 5 star or 4 star hotel but for the price each night should have some type of standard of room cleaning and maintenance upkeep.

Everything Jacuzzi needs some work it could be cleaner ir was very foamy in a nasty way

A satisfactory stay, the entire hotel could be renovated, all ammenities are old except the pool.

Front desk was helpful room was up to date and clean Breakfast was not that good No bread for toast Had English muffins and bagels eggs and sausage was warm to cold Had a problem with the internet signing in No signal on some of the TV channels
