The hotel can best be described as "Ok." The rooms are small and the lobby and public areas are tight. Everything is clean, but not overly inviting. The breakfast was basic.

I didn’t stay at the hotel I call Expedia four days before to cancel my hotel reservation but they still charge me for the room.

The property was spotless. The breakfast was great. Our biggest complaint is that the computer system for Hampton Inns went out nationwide and the staff had no idea who was in what room. We booked, and paid ahead of time for a king accessible room. First we were asked if this was really needed...my husband was beside me with his walker. We were given a room with 2 queens, but it was unusable because there was remodeling going on in the bathroom. Then we were given a queen accessible, again, not what we paid for. The staff didn't mark down that we were occupying the room, so at 2:20 am someone was trying to use a key issued to them for the same room. It scared us to be awoken with someone trying to enter the room. The only thing that kept them from entering was the deadbolt I had put on. I called the front desk and they apologized. They should have a back up plan in case the system goes down. Then the system came back online at 3 am and sent welcome texts out...again waking me up.

Breakfast was good! The pool as well was nice to have. It was also really clean. When booking it said the pool was indoors, never showed an outside pool. Also the 2 queen size room was a little too small. Hard to walk around the room comfortable.

Good experience for the price. Room waas clean and AC worked alright. Some of the furniture not in good condition, but was not a problem. Breakfast waas alright.
