Clean facilities, good neighborhood, and has all the amenities. I think the plumbing is old because every now and then you can hear practically creaking of the water pipes. Not very soundproof walls. You can hear the people beside you as well as I'm sure they could hear us when I was struggling to put baby down for bedtime for a good while and when she was about to finally fall asleep the neighbors closed their door loudly. It isn't the facilities fault at all. It's just walls aren't very sound proof.

The location and the view and amenities that are offered. We love tying here and this is our second time. It just looks so nice and relaxing as soon as you enter the property. The staff was friendly and they offered late check-ins. The parking. Lol. It was a tight fit into some of the spots and people double parking leaving no spots for others.

Convince to everything Room had not been cleaned, and the grounds need some upkeep

Location, layout of the room and price. The shower pressure was terrible, it was VERY inconvenient that the office wasn't open past 7. We got in around 11 and went to the sister facility and ended up sitting at the gate for 10-12 mins as a security guard wasn't paying attention to his surroundings and we had to wait for him to notice us to let us in. And the process of getting checked in only to have to go to the other office the next day to check in again for room keys.

The appliances were updated and new, the unit was very clean. Appreciated the staff getting us a second floor unit. We had some noisy neighbors check into the next door studio unit. At one point, they tried to open the connecting door between our units. Then that evening around 10 pm they decided to have a shouting match and I could hear every word as I was sleeping on the pullout couch. Maybe remind guests to be respectful and mindful of others around them. Doesn't seem like it should have to be said, but they were living proof otherwise. Luckily, we only had to listen to them for one night.

We booked three rooms months ahead and are a family. We got the rooms separated our kids got one on the second floor we on the first and nephew in another building. Also staff was trying to sell other packages to guest offering a “welcoming” meeting.

Location, value, amenities

Everything! It was an easy check-in, no wait time. My room was exceptionally clean and beautiful! The curb appeal of the property was amazing! The people above me I believe had kids and they were loud walking around. There was an odor when I first walked in, like a wet dog odor. I sprayed Febreze and Lysol in the room to overcome the smell.

It was in a nice place. Everyone was friendly. Felt safe.They had security guard driving around the property. The pool was big and nice. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable. A little outdated. Need some remodeling. But not all rooms look the same. I think I got an older room.

The staff were incredibly friendly and communicated wonderfully throughout our stay. We loved the great amenities and the spacious, spotless room—it had plenty of space for both us and the kids. The back porch was such a nice bonus, perfect for relaxing. Checking out was quick and hassle-free, making the whole experience even better! We noticed there weren’t quite enough towels, washcloths, and hand towels for our weekend stay, but the staff quickly brought more when we asked, which we appreciated. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was manageable for our trip.
