The location was great and the room was nice given the age. The lady that checked us in was terrible; no.business being in the hospitality. Usiness. Getting ice and getting the room cleaned timely was difficult.

Wonderful experience staying right in the heart of the historic district. Seems same key that opens the main building door opens all the room doors. Or, maybe I missed something...

I didn't like anything about the hotel. It was not what was advertised on your website. The bar, restaurant and pool were located in a different hotel two blocks away. Not user friendly. Too many steps to get to the room. The room was too small. No services available at the hotel. I checked out a early. Couldn't stand the room anymore. I want a refund!!!

The room was clean modern amenities. Shower was great. The bed was awesome and we love the location. We dined in the Terrace room at the Williamsburg Inn. It’s lovely. The staff was efficient, but we were disappointed. The food was not at the level and quality we had been expecting. We did not order alcohol, alcoholic beverages, and our water glasses set empty for way too long.

It was in a perfect location!

Beautiful and historic location. Our cottage had heavy musty mildewish odor. There were issues with the cold water faucet which made it difficult to shower. Overall room was clean and staff we thoughtful and professional. For the price I would expect to room odor and shower to be in better working order.

Completely unique experience staying at the Tavern. Our room was tidy and the bed and pillows were cloud comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. The towels were a nice size and smelled crisp and clean! We cannot say enough nice things about this unique experience. We loved staying in Williamsburg.
