Staff was very nice and helpful. It sits right off the highway which is convenient. Good for a quick stay over and nothing more.

Clean No new towels. Towel shortage. We gave up our towels and hours later there were still no clean ones brought up

A bigger Comfort Inn with spacious lobby, nice-size rooms. Seems quite new or recently renovated. Has everything we needed for a weekend trip. The bed and pillows are super comfortable.

No comment The building and the room stank, the cleanliness was very poor, the TV didn't work.

Friendly staff, accommodating. To be honest the room wasn’t really clean if you walked on the floor without socks your feet become filthy. Just seems like they aren’t very thorough with the cleaning part like they just touch up and go to the next

The staff treated me with the most disrespect gave me a hard time about cleaning towels would not give me a plastic fork after breakfast. I would never recommend this hotel. We have a business where we spend a lot of money on hotels. We chose this one because it was the closest to our site for work, but I will never go back. We will go back to using the Hampton In.

The staff were super nice, accommodating The room had a bad smell. Smelled like dirty feet. I was advices since I had a dog that was a room they used for dogs. All maintenance did was spray something. It didn’t fix the smell. It was advertised that there was a gym, the gym was out of order. The entire gym? There was a cafe aid, that was rude to people. Acted nice to their faces but then rolled their eyes after the person turned away. I witnessed this multiple times while eating breakfast.
