Not enough cutlery in the kitchen and no toaster was in this room.

Everything was excellent. Breakfast was one of the best we have had for along time. The evening front desk person was very accommodating and polite. The morning front desk person was very accommodating and polite. Every employee that we had contact with very professional and caring. there was nothing that we did not like.

Couldn't control the temperature and the room was cold in the evening. One of the TV remote controls was difficult to activate. Freezer was over active. But generally ok

We had a great and pleasant stay. The inside pool was warm, and made our stay all that more special.

We checked in late Friday night and the gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He offered local restaurant information etc. I felt that was a nice touch above and beyond. The room was very spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was a musty/moldy smell to the room but not unbearable. Maybe the carpets need a cleaning- not sure. I’ve experienced many hotel breakfasts and the one here was excellent and the staff was very friendly and attentive. There was a good selection of hot food with a pleasing presentation. I observed a staff member assisting a young child with the waffle maker. Looked like the father had his hands full by himself. She did this with a smile. That was exceptional attentiveness and service in my book. Thank you for taking good care of us! I would stay here again.

Nice pool along with a nice grill area my family and I took advantage of. Breakfast was delicious and it was nice and peaceful. 10/10 for the nice comfy cozy stay.

Excellent property sitting in a beautiful natural context. Ideal stop to spend some relaxed family hours within budget, in our otherwise busy life. Absolutely loved it.

Everything, we even didn't arrive until 1am and the staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast staff was fabulous! Really nothing eveything was good and staff was fabulous.

We were traveling and decided to stop overnight. We were pleasantly surprised with how well appointed and clean the room was. The included breakfast had everything you could want.

Nothing. The manager. The rooms. Some of the front desk staff. Our stay at Homewood Suites York was absolutely unacceptable. After being displaced from our home by a sewage flood, we encountered dirty rooms, stained bedding, holes in the ceiling, rude staff, and a $309 overcharge that still hasn’t been refunded. The manager’s behavior was especially appalling—she yelled at me while I remained calm and was not yelling at her, which was completely unprofessional and frankly shameful treatment of a guest. We were even forced to check out and back in while I was sick. Hilton offered 30,000 points, but points don’t replace $309. This hotel made an already awful situation worse, and I absolutely would not recommend it.

That it had a decent view and surroundings. It was quiet and convenient. There wasn’t anything I could say I didn’t like.

Exceptional

We were not notified that housekeeping was only done every 5 DAYS either at time of booking or when we checked in. we stayed 3 days and then at the end of the second day we called the front desk and were notified about no housekeeping for our 3 night stay. Asked for towels and took 2 hrs and multiple calls to finally get some. Also, both ice machines on our floor were turned off. Called front desk to notify them and was told to check other floors for ice. Nothing was done about the machines during our 3 night stay. Front desk didn't seem to care about any of the issues.

The staff was extremely helpful and froendly. They addressed issues quickly and politely. I liked that i could text them with questions and concerns and they responded quickly.
