Best Western Plus Boston Hotel

Everything except the location was excellent. The location was horrible. It is on what is known as "meth mile" There has even been a documentary about it.

That it was clean and loved the room size. And of course the complimentary breakfast.

The staff was so nice and accommodating and they did an excellent job of making me feel welcome and keeping one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at.

Very noisy. We were on the 6th floor and the noise from the road ouside was unacceptable. Something needs to be done

The room was super clean and much bigger than what I had anticipated. The staff were all very friendly. The area surrounding the hotel was a tiny bit "iffy" at night. The parking lot was convenient, but not secure.

This hotel was in a visibly unsafe area. There were drug addicts hanging around across the street and police car lights flashing in our room most of the night. Had a security guard outside. Did not know this was in a bad neighborhood.

The separate living room area was good. There was no tv in the living room area, the location did not feel safe to me. There were no towel racks to hang wet towels in the bathroom. The bed was very high and a little difficult to climb into. The fan for the air conditioner was very loud.

Breakfast Position

Very clean Its located in a crack head infested area where the police are constantly chasing them in the area...poor location unsafe area for a good hotel

Breakfast is nicer than expected and the rooms larger than you'd expect. Especially if you get a two room suite. Customer Service was AWFUL! IT'S SO NOISY and located where you'd find the worst of the worst in Boston society. You cannot help feel uneasy when leaving at night.

Room was nice and clean. Location was horrible. There are many drug addicts and homeless people within walking distance. You can see a crowd of them against a fence right when you get off the highway. We were asked for money. The main parking lots are across the street.

Staff are great Location a little sletchy but thats not the hotels fault

This hotel is amazin! It is so hard to find parking in the city, and thankfully they have free parking! Shuttle to the airport. They also have security guards 24:7. Amazing WiFi. 3rd night staying and would love to come back.

The rooms were very clean and pretty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The noise outside did not allow me to get a good nights sleep. Very noisy corner with all the loud homeless people hanging out in front of the building across the street.

The room and cleanliness are excellent. Great breakfast. The location is terrible. The hotel is sourranded by homeless and drug addicted people wandering around. The first impression is of an unsafe place. We had no problem but the first impact was not to leave the hotel.

The neighborhood is dangerous, next to a prison and many drug rehab facilities, it is teeming with unseemly characters skulking about at all hours, dealing drugs and injecting heroin. There is no closed parking lot to the hotel to hide from the horrible
