Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Harbor on Tudor Wharf

Arrived at the hotel around 6pm. Check in time was 4 pm but my room was not available and did not become available until after 7 pm. The room was dirty and carpet sticky. The room had a strong foot odor smell. Extremely disappointed for the high cost of the room that I had for less than 12 hours.

Location, cleanliness, safety, staff The door didn’t shut. We thought we shut the door when we left but when we returned we found it open- it was hard to shut close. It was a little scary from a safety perspective.

Breakfast was hit and fresh. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Location was perfect for us, only short walk to the ferry to the Long Wharf. Enjoyed sitting outside looking at the harbor in the evenings. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was great! absolutely nothing to complain about. I arrived early and was able to check in right away very easily , no extra fees. I had a queen room suite that was perfect, I put all my travel snacks right in the fridge , made a cup of coffee right in the room, everything I needed was there.. coffee maker, cup, spoon, coffee, sugar and creamer... it was a nice walk over to Quincy Market for the afternoon and then we went to TD Garden for a concert that evening. we got our steps in but it was so nice to be able to park the car and not worry about it for a couple days ! Then in the morning we went down for the complimentary breakfast with the pretty seats right next to the water. Smooth checkout.... I would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful night stay! It was quite and right on the Marina. In a perfect spot out side the heart of the city but close enough 10 min walk to TD garden and many things to do. The only complaint was that we didn’t have a good view and the shower hadn’t had a good scrub in a while. We definitely would come back though!

Exceptional

Close to everything especially TD garden Limited parking with valet but local parking garage down the street. In the summer - not a problem at all, if I was to come in the winter it might be a little more challenging.

Our multi-family group loved this accommodation. Great free breakfast. Very personable and professional crew, from front desk to breakfast team to valet. Located on the Harbor near the U.S.S. Constitution. Highly recommend to family and friends!! Needed more dishes and silverware available.

We love staying here. So convenient to the North End and we take a T right to Fenway. Very friendly staff that always wants to help in any way. Breakfast is great. Luis was there to help in any way possible and a genuinely nice guy who wants to make everyone's experience at breakfast a good one.

We had a great visit. Immediately over the bridge to the north end. Great room. Great breakfast.

Location to an event View outside our window

We drove many hours to attend tall ships event. Couldn't even check in. The non-English speaking attendant wouldn't allow us to park in valet parking. UNACCEPTABLE! If you can't hire employees to communicate effectively with customers, SHAME ON YOU.

Close to the TD garden. Free breakfast. Pool. Paid for harbor view room and from the second floor all we could see was a tree and a parking lot. Charge of $60 to park.

Clean room. Several fixtures on wall in bathroom were detaching from the wall. Breakfast was nice but lacked fresh fruit. We had some key access issues at some of the exterior doors. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Staff was very friendly, spacious rooms, good breakfast, pool area was very nice Not many restaurants near by, pillows very small, outside ground not maintained well (broken chair and umbrella, ashtray not emptied, broken picnic table)
