Courtyard by Marriott Chicago at Medical District/UIC

Rooms are spacious, beds are remarkably comfortable which every traveler knows is most important. Location was quite, and perfect for our needs.

Rooms were very clean and well-maintained and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff here are so nice and hospitable. One of the amenities we used a lot was the every half an hour free shuttle to areas within 1 mile from the hotel! The room was spacious though the tub didn’t drain too well so we always had a puddle of water our feet were in at the end of our shower. The doors are also slightly thin, when the room next to us closed their door it sounded like our door which a little startling at times. Overall 8/10 for the staff and amenities.

The AC in the lobby was broken so while we were waiting to check in we were dying. But the space in the room is good, it’s nice to have a restaurant and concessions on site, and the hotel is very conveniently located by the festival we had come for.

Great location,very clean facilities, friendly staffs,my daughter had special need for a step stool upon my request the stuff immediately provided the step stool for my daughter that was 100% service,we will be back soon .

Safe location, easy walking distance to the event center. The property was under a lobby renovation and they were doing their best to keep it cool with the temporary AC. The staff did great as there was a heat wave going on as well!

They charged me 54$ valet parking when I didn't park there or use their valet.

The room was very clean and quite big. The staff I met were very helpful and efficient. Parking was expensive but the valet was very convenient and quick. I’m guessing the price is comparable to the rest of Chicago. Our stay was quite enjoyable.

The fitness room was spacious and clean with a variety of good equipment. Room was great.

Wifi did not work in our room.

This place was great. The location, ease of check in, staff, room, comfort, cleanliness, and amenities all were as expected or better. Early check In really made things much better for me on this occasion, and I appreciated this opportunity especially after having such an early flight before I arrived. The courtesy shuttle was also super helpful being available and leaving every 30 minutes. Would stay here again!

My stay at the Marriott was great . The room was immaculate. The staff were friendly , welcoming and helpful. I am looking forward to my next stay.
