Let me check in early smell of the city

Very nice and clean, the workers were very nice and very very helpful, I had car problems and Carlos went out of his way and helped me, I wouldn’t have been able to drive 5 hours home without his help. N/a

Staff were all very accommodating...location is good for Blue line service and also close to the United Center. Not a lot of restaurant food choices within walking distance.

The Location was perfect The smell when you first walk in the building

My room was clean and comfortable. And most of the staff was really friendly. My favorites were Jean and Abraham. For 2 nights my tv wasn't working. It kept saying it was offline. I was not expecting for most of my stay that I would be sitting in silence unless my phone was charged up for me to watch something on it. When I went downstairs to ask about it I was interrupted before I could finish the question and was not told if they were currently fixing it or how long it would take to fix it.

The staff was really friendly and accommodating. It was a pleasant surprise as my first time staying at the hotel! I would definitely return!

I’ve stayed here a couple times for concerts; the United Center is about an 10 minute walk away and there are bus stops nearby to get to other venues and places. This hotel (and area) always feels safe, which is very important to me as a young woman traveling alone. The front door can only be opened with a guest’s keycard, so outsiders can’t enter. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Everything is clean, the AC / heating unit actually works, and the complimentary breakfast is decent. Sign up as a member to avoid the early check-in fee!

Clean building, clean rooms, nice staff. Housekeeping replaced my towels and trash cans every day. Checked in on Saturday and checked out on Wednesday morning and had zero issues.

The place had a "smell" to it as you walked in. I had to have 3 room changes before I was given a room with a functioning safe. The lady at the counter was not thrilled to keep moving me. But after that things were as I expected. I was not expecting a 5 star report. It met my needs.

Everything was fabulous and it was perfect for the concert I was there to attend.

The reception area desperately needs a bit of updating, Removal of all old artificial arrangements for instance would help. The rooms were well kept and clean with good beds and linens. Hideous mural painted over the bed needs to be painted over.
