The staff was extremely friendly and the location is great if you have a concert of game at the United Center! There's a great coffee shop and food nearby, and it's easy access on public transportation. The breakfast was granolas, juice, or coffee. There was aslo a slight smell in the lobby, but only in the lobby. Note that the beds are on the smaller side if you're traveling with a partner.

The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. I liked that the window in our room could be opened. The place was clean and tidy. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Also, it was pretty quiet outside on a Friday night. It was obviously a very old building, so the room was small and the hallway narrow. I also would have preferred having an in-room coffee maker. I was disappointed that there wasn't much for a breakfast snack.

The staff were attentive and helpful. The grab and go breakfast had limited options, but we liked them and the coffee was very good. We plan to stay here again during our next visit to Chicago.

The staff was amazing and super helpful and kind. Check in and out was super easy. It was a very chill area about 15 mins away from downtown. Loved it. I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice place, less than 10minutes walk to Medical district stop on the blue line. We didn’t need a car to vacation and see everything downtown.

Great location Carpets in halls are grossly dirty and the halls smell and they try to cover the smell with gross glade plug ins. Get the carpets professionally cleaned please. The beds are very uncomfortable Breakfast isn’t breakfast. It’s pop tarts and juice and cold oranges. Fix breakfast it could be so much better. Bagels, cream cheese, eggo waffles go a long way!!!

The good… Love the free cookies, staff was helpful. Walking distance to the United Center, which was huge, fairly clean. Downside, pretty small rooms, area a little sketchy, there really is no breakfast. But if you’re staying there because you’re doing an event at the United center, it’s perfect.

It’s close to the venue I needed to be. Close to downtown, but not in it. It’s quiet. The rooms are small but functional. Microwave and fridge in the room. The parking situation. They only have like 12 spots. It’s first come, first served IF there is one available. The garage next door is bonkers expensive overnight and NO in/out privileges. Parking on the street is dicey if you don’t get up early.

Room was a little dirty, very worn, very small, no desk, no normal hotel lobby where you could sit at a table. That part was my fault for not researching better. It was my first trip going their for school so it made it hard to do work when I'd come back to my room.
