Fantastic Staff

Clean room friendly staff... the only down side was the lack of parking. Theres a parking garage next door but it closes at night and then its closed on sundays so you wouldn't be able to get your vehicle out until monday when it opens again.

This was not a satisfactory stay at all. The room was dark and crummy and somewhat unclean. And their parking is limited.

Great location to United center and probably best price for a hotel without being in an area you’ll be stabbed right away. Just 2 blocks away from the blue line for easy access back into the city. Only one elevator so gets really busy after a concert or event since most people staying there are at said event. Very clean and staff were very nice. 24/hr covered parking right next door at a reasonable price.

No tienen parking y es bastante difícil si necesitas uno. Te recomiendo llamar con tiempo para apartar alguno de los que tienen que son menos de 10 puestos y si es algún día festivo será más difícil parcar

Our room was very cute and what we expected. They do have a small lot to park so I would recommend getting to the hotel early (you do have to pay for a parking pass). However; upon arrival we were so excited to walk in because it’s decorated so cute. We were immediately hit with an awful sewage smell that lasted all weekend. After returning home for the weekend I had noticed 2 charges on my account that I had not authorized. My friend had paid for the room using 2 cards. The full charges went through on her end and somehow I was still charged a significant amount twice and was not told about it until I called to dispute it. Staff wasn’t helpful and basically said I’m outta luck. Asked if they could do something for us because of the awful smell and was told no because we would have needed to say something while there. Because I didn’t authorize the charges and especially because I wasn’t made aware of them i am disputing the issue. We will not be going back and will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Such a shame.

Abraham was amazing with check in, room was clean, amenities were nice to have Could have used more towels for two people (only two towels, we needed four)

It was close to a lot of prime locations. The air conditioning was broke in our room, and you had to pay extra for parking. 25 dollars.

Everything was kept very nice and the staff was fantastic. They took care of everything we needed. Clean up the dog crap in the parking lot grass I know its not there fault but its every where. A bigger breakfast would be nice
