Great place to stay
-
The room are big and spacious, I will probably only use there for business meetings. Its not a leisure hotel
-
Very nice room, comfortable, fantastic breakfast. Good location.

The room was contemporary, clean, and well appointed. The thermostat was responsive, and an extra blanket and pillow were in the room for convenience. An excellent breakfast in included. Parking is an additional charge, but very convenient. The location is perfect for visits to Rush University Medical Center and the Professional Building.

The gluten free options at the breakfast. The staff that we interacted with were awesome and we absolutely ready to talk with us about any questions. The was hair found on the bed and couch in clumps but there were no other issues with the room being clean other than that.

Staff is always friendly and super helpful

Very Nice property, staff were great, food was great.

Room was very spacious. The hotel lobby was large and the 2nd floor bar area was wonderful. Very spacious, with pool table, several TVs, and many sitting areas. Very conveniently located for trains to the Chicago Loop. 5 minute walk to the Pink line got us to Fulton Market and to connecting lines to the Riverwalk and Magnificent Mile. The Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. They were able to give us a late checkout and to hold our luggage while we waiting on our ride to the airport. Unfortunately, we booked our room too late and had to pay a very steep room rate. Also, breakfast our first day wasn't very memorable, but the second day was much better. The selection of breads/cereals was limited, but okay. The hot choices did vary from day to day and they also had coffee and juice stations

No vegetables at breakfast Limited breakfast options No slippers

The front desk staff were exceptional. Especially the gentleman who checked me in the evening of June 17th. He was very kind and super engaging. The security officer, Tracy was also quite customer focused. Your room price was really high.

This hotel was converted from former cooks hospital. Rooms were spacious and clean

Fantastic hotel
-
Great location to Blackhawks arena.
-
The hotel staff was helpful. The room we stayed in did not receive a deep clean. Obvious it was a rushed cleaning.
-
Building was beautiful, clean and spacious
-
Fruits served in the breakfast were not good and they were not fresh. Keep one water fountain which is very basic for the price
-
Breakfast the next morning was well laid out. We did not eat at the restaurant, but the staff that night was great when we ordered Uber Eats after a concert. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

The hotel is near Rush Medical Center in Chicago where I had early-morning surgery (had to be at the hospital at 5:00AM, and we live in the far-western suburbs - didn't want to chance driving into the city in the morning). The hotel is unusual in that it's an old hospital converted to a hotel. The price was outrageous: $522.89, which included $82.97 in taxes and fees. The room was about on par with and older Hampton Inn. OK, but nothing special - especially for that price. They said the high price was due to a marathon and other weekend events (it was a Sunday night). But the hotel was virtually empty. Parking? $37. And the "shuttle service" to get to the hospital? It was a Lyft (the hotel pays for it), but no cars showed up so we walked the 2 blocks - again, not a big deal, but another unfortunate circumstance.
