very beautiful, clean, and comfortable. staff were so friendly!

The rooms were very clean. Had to stay due to a medical procedure that was being done very early the next morning. The rooms have a kitchenette, but it’s a very tight space for cooking, relaxing and sleeping. The only reason we would stay at this place again is due to the proximity to Rush Hospital. The staff was VERY helpful. Wonderful customer service.

So close to the United Center . Easy ride on blue line or uber from downtown. Nice park across street.. hot shower! Nice room and not too bad w noise near the medical center.

Clean, plenty of parking. Room with kitchenette very spacious If you need to be downtown and aren’t familiar with Chicago, it’s not in a good location. If you know your way around, it’s fine

The hotel is immaculate. Room was so nice. First hotel that I could stream movie apps from my phone. Really great for off times. Best hotel I’ve stayed at.

Hotel building was very cool downstairs. Location was perfect for Riot Fest & for sightseeing via the blue line. The upper floors of the hotel still have an administrative feel where it’s half asylum-like and half art gallery. Totally interesting. Overall wonderful experience and would absolutely stay again.

Unfortunately, our room was not clean. Lots of debris and hair and crumbs on the floor. It didn’t seem like it had been vacuumed in a long time. Water on the bathroom floor. A pile of dirty towels and garbage was in the hallway outside the staff room the entire length of our stay. All the counters in the room, especially the bedside tables, were stained with rings from glasses and covered in hair. There were also crumbs under the pillow on one side of the bed. Nothing unlivable for one short overnight visit, but it made the stay stressful as we were questioning the cleanliness of everything the whole time.

The mattress provided insufficient support, resulting in an uncomfortable sinking sensation.

The staff provided excellent assistance, and the check-in process was seamless. The accommodations were impeccably maintained, and the complimentary breakfast offered a satisfying variety of options. The mattress provided insufficient support, resulting in an uncomfortable sinking sensation.

The parking was a hassle. Being charged $35 dollars extra on top of a fairly high price and then being told that because it was a festival weekend, they could not guarantee a spot was unreasonable. The floor in the breakfast area was sticky.

Perfect location. Mostly friendly staff. Staff was able to combine two reservations to avoid us having to move rooms which was a huge relief. Felt as though the room just had a quick wipe down prior to our arrival as some areas just seemed a little dirty, however, not terrible. Would be willing to stay here again.
