Absolutely loved that it’s in walking distance to United Center! Staff was extremely friendly and our one night stay was perfect! Toni was super helpful and I’d definitely book again.

The room was great as well- FULLY stocked kitchen with fridge, stove microwave, sink, silverware, plates, glasses, coffee mugs, it was completely clean & ready for use. The room was fresh & clean, big clean bed .The shower was huge, hot & pretty- bathroom area was very spa-like. Plenty of towels- we never had to ask for any but we stayed only 1 night. I will definitely stay here again when in Chicago- the location is very central to Chicago landmarks & various neighborhoods.

Parking available at $35/day and walking distance to United Center. It was perfect for a concert stay! Also, they had decorated for the concert, which was an awesome addition to the excitement of our trip!

We were so impressed with this hotel. The property is beautiful and historic. It’s close to the hospital and also within walking distance to the stadium. The rooms are clean and newly renovated. Everything is has an elegant and spacious feel to it. The bar, breakfast, and staff were all beyond helpful and much appreciated. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with smiles and accommodating gestures…extra towels, special eggs for breakfast to meet our diet restrictions, directions for walking and getting around the city, coffee, you name it, they made sure we got it! Beds are comfy and standard amenities that felt premium level were in the room. Parking was for a fee but plenty of space and no problems. Will definitely be back!

The showers were clean and had plenty of space. The room had a lot of space, the A/C worked perfectly and the hotel was easy to navigate. Staff were really friendly too!
