Staff was very helpful, breakfast included

Perfect location. Mostly friendly staff. Staff was able to combine two reservations to avoid us having to move rooms which was a huge relief. Felt as though the room just had a quick wipe down prior to our arrival as some areas just seemed a little dirty, however, not terrible. Would be willing to stay here again.

We were here for the duration of a hospital procedure and found everything about this hotel ldeal. Walking distance to the hospital and two train lines to get into the city center. The room had a kitchenette that worked out well for us needing a quick meal in off hours. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of items to choose from. Bed was very comfortable. The bar drinks and food were also good.

Always an excellent experience. Walking distance to the United Center.

Maryann was the most polite front desk lady I have ever encountered. So was sweet sincere and you could tell she loved her job. There was a nice breakfast also! Will definable start again. Loved the little doggie area also.

Clean rooms and standard breakfast

The location was great and very convenient for my visit. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which was a nice addition to the stay. While there are a few areas where the room could use a little more attention, the helpful staff, convenient location, and overall experience made this a solid four-star stay for me.
