Great place to stay near downtown and a look of food places in walking distance

Very friendly staff and clean service

man i lived in the chi and stay at hotels once a month, this is the best well secret accessible to so many attractions by uber or drive. the hotel is awesome an staff is amazing. This is now my 1st choice before staying in the loop!

My reservation was incorrect, and the staff were excellent in getting that rectified. The room seemed to have been fairly recently updated. It was clean, well lit, and very comfortable. The breakfast was extensive and the surroundings were inviting. Parking is convenient, though required an extra fee. The location is very close to Rush University Medical Center, as well as several other amenities. Overall, this was an excellent stay.

It was a great stay...

We stayed here for my babygirl’s 7th birthday, and the experience was more than I imagined! The staff was AMAZING!!! The pool is heated to the point where it almost felt like a jacuzzi, which made it so comfortable. And the breakfast? OMG! Red velvet chocolate chip waffles!!! They also have a coffee and hot chocolate bar available throughout the day, along with plenty of other options. Honestly, everything about our stay exceeded my expectations! A special thank you to Robin, Ashley, Rana, and Mike for making my daughter’s birthday unforgettable! I had to make sure I got everyone’s names because every single one of them was so pleasant. It’s honestly rare to find a place where the entire staff gives the same level of kindness and great service. Thank you all so much for making our stay so special! 10/10, highly recommend!!!

Very good

The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a few unique requests and they accommodated all of my needs without any fuss or without making me feel like I was being inconvenient. The room was clean and large and the parking was sufficient and safe/guarded. I appreciated the guards since the parking cost money.

Hotel was clean. The staff were awesome with assisting us and getting our next room booked for the next concert. The staff were very friendly. Noise was minimal of the traffic! Having several different food restaurants right there was great too! Will definitely be staying again! Rana was amazing at the front desk when we checked in and throughout our stay!!

We had 2 rooms, so I've already reviewed. This hotel was perfect for our stay.

It was in the perfect location around plenty of restaurants and not to mention how safe and secure you feel. The front desk staff were very nice, and housekeepers were exceptional ( the rooms were very clean. I own a cleaning company and can say that I approve of this hotel cleanliness). When we asked any of the staff for anything, they gladly helped or provided items needed with a good attitude.

I had a wonderful time , from the moment we walked in the the lobby we was greeted amazingly and handled with care . The breakfast was a chef’s kiss! A lot of variety to choose from. My only regret is not staying longer but I will be back soon ! Parking was awesome and FREE ! Keep up the good work y’all !

The fact that it's cost $40 a night for you to park your car in their parking lot is ridiculous. Not happy that was not made clear before booking.
