Comfort Suites Near Denver Downtown

The room layout was nice. It wasn't the cleanest.

Didn't try pool or gym but seems to be complete. Fair deal for this price point.

Exceptional

Staff was very nice and great communication. Walls just a bit thin. We had kids in the next room banging on the walls most of the morning and woke us up.

my room close to exit door its noisy. Many people use this door at night . my room close to exit door. I can not sleep.

I already paid a fair amount for the room , only to be charged an additional $15 per day for parking in their parking lot . A ripoff and I will never stay there again.

Great stay

The hotel was close to The Junkyard (music venue) which is what we were in town for. There was a small area to buy drinks and convenience foods which was nice. Breakfast was included which is always a bonus. There was just a lot of wear and tear on the room, things that from afar looked okay but once you started to look closer you could see there needs to be some maintenance and upkeep done. In our room there weren't blackout curtains that you could pull all the way closed so it was very bright very early in the morning. Also, I chose a hotel that wasn't directly downtown because I get sick of having to pay so much for parking, so I was under the assumption parking was free at this hotel since it has it's own parking lot, but you still had to pay for parking through the Metropolis app which was like $15 for 24 hours.

Close to the venue we were going to They now make you pay for parking in the lot that you already paid a room for. Had broken fridge Offered a different room which was nice but we were only staying the night so meh

Disappointing

clean. The staff was rude, having to pay for parking when u are already paying for the room and already putting a $100 deposit.

Pleasant

Had them reach out of a refund due to an emergancy. Called earlier to see if it was possible and they said yes a long as I went through Expedia. Expedia tried to get a hold and they never awnsered back, even through email. I little bummed they ignoring them

Additionally, the entire building from lobby to the room stinks like stale smoke and flowery deodorizer spray. Gross.

The location was good, near downtown. The room had the space we needed for our family. The breakfast was fully stocked each morning and was better than most. I was not informed by booking.com that I would have to pay for parking, very disappointing. The room and hotel in general is in need of maintenance. Overall, it seems like everything was sparse, no extra pillows or towels (even when we said the room was for 5), no notepad and pen, etc.
