Room it wasn’t clean dirty blankets we requested new sheets staff not too friendly. Basic breakfast. Great parking

Breakfast at all Comfort Inns is very good! The sofa bed was the worst Ive ever slept on!

the room was clean and quiet, but everything we done cheaply. they sink faucet was loose, the toilet was really crooked, an exhaust fan existed in the restroom, but there wasnt any switch to turn it on. the entire hotel smelled of chlorine from the pool. we stayed on the 3rd floor and could still smell it.

Staff were extremely helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. The experience staying here was pleasant.

The Staff was what made me rate this higher. They were extremely friendly and helpful and hard working. I appreciated their kindness and helpfulness. The hotel is older, but the staff are working hard to keep it as clean as possible. I would stay here again.

Location was convenient. However bathroom was difficult because of a slippery shower. Breakfast was adequate but not fabulous. Beds were quite comfortable. Sink in bathroom did not drain well and our kitchen was not well stocked with silverware. Staff was friendly and helpful but sometimes hard to find front desk help.

The room i stood in looked like it was under remodel, the lamps were crooked, it appeared that the walls had to be patched in several spots and the paint job in the unit was very poor. There were also alot of what appeared to be transients in the parking lot and sitting in cars, not very appealing or giving a feeling of safety.

We had no tv. Called front desk they said they could send someone but didnt know when it would be. Nobody ever came.

The bed was clean and comfortable, as was the shower. The front desk was very kind. They had fragrance pods built in the AC unit, which caused me to have a severe allergic reaction. That alone was insanely not okay and probably covering up a mold, mildew, or smoke problem even though the room is smoke free. The ceiling had markings all over, probably from a previous guest attempting to disable the smoke alarm, but there were also cob webs. The parking lot was unsafe and multiple cars were broken into the night we stayed. People were blasting music all through the night, and coming in and out of the back door at all hours loudly enough to keep us up. They do not have any security measures in the parking area or seemingly inside either. The pool area was extremely dirty and not maintained. The bottom of the pool had a lot of debris, and the flooring outside of the pool had not been cleaned in a while.

Building, staff, common areas, and room was very clean and well maintained. It's a little trickie exiting the parking lot as there is a quick U-turn if you're making a left onto Federal. Breakfast was a great value! Pool on-site but we did not visit. Staff was super-helpful. Overall a great value!
