It was very hard in the room. It was very hot in the lobby. No parking. It was too compressed. Never stay there again.

This is a terrible hotel. The bed frame has a spiky metal piece that sticks out if the mattress is not centered. In the middle of the night I got up and cut my leg open because I couldn't see it in the dark. The floors were filthy. There is no airport shuttle as claimed on the booking page, no phone in the room to call reception, and obviously no breakfast. The noise all night from the street made it hard to sleep. It was a big mistake to stay here.

Dirty, not recommended specifically for family

The staff were great, but it wasn't enough to make up for the dried out, hairy bar of soap and tub scum that proved the rooms do not get cleaned properly. The parking lot had piles of debris and cigarette butts everywhere. The Buccaneer Diner and Flushing Meadows Corona Park nearby saved the trip though.

The facility showed signs of wear including dents in the elevator doors and other signs of damage and general wear and tear. The entrance was not ADA accessible and required a number of steps, which required carrying luggage up and down the steps. The location was close to LaGuardia Airport and our stay was related to a cancelled flight. We chose this location because the other nice hotels were either full or the pricing was very high (over $400 for one night), whereas this hote's price was a lot less. Nothing bad happened and the desk clerk got us a cab to get back to the airport, so it was sufficient for somewhere to sleep for the night due to a cancelled flight.

Old hotel with the bare minimum of cleanness, comfort and even decent pillows or bed sheets. One night was more than enough.

Wall dirty , floor dirty thebAC didn’t work a disaster

Location Old. And price.

Not far from airport. The entrance was not welcoming. It was full of furniture garbage. You had furniture and beds all over the place as garbage. The heater was not working they had to lend me a personal electric heater. The tv remote not working. It was loud.. you could hear people talking loud. It was overpriced $174.00 a night

The parking space need attention. They are going through renovations and the parking space needs to be clean up and the surface be repair, asphalted or something.

Broken flight of steps. Old, not well maintained building. Rooms were not cleaned very well. Tub drained slowly. The place really needs a facelift and some modernized upgrades.

To start with the positives, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated after traveling, and every interaction I had with the front desk was pleasant. That said, the property itself was disappointing, especially considering the price. The online photos made the hotel appear much nicer than it actually was. Upon arrival, the exterior looked run-down and gave off a less-than-comfortable first impression. Inside, there were several visible signs of disrepair throughout the hotel. Our room also had multiple issues. The additional security latch on the door was broken, which immediately raised concerns about safety. We were provided only two bath towels and no hand towels or washcloths. The bedding appeared questionable as well, as there were what looked like dirt or makeup smudges on the sheets when we first arrived. Interestingly, those marks were gone later, leading me to believe someone may have entered the room to clean while we were out exploring the city. The biggest issue, however, was the ant problem. There were ants throughout our floor and even on the nightstand in our room. We only discovered this after my friend was bitten. When I went to the front desk to ask about switching rooms or having someone address the issue, the staff seemed aware of the problem and simply handed me a bottle of Zevo bug spray so I could

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. •Unbelievably filthy. Dirt, dust, grime, stains, dead bugs…you name it, it’s there. •Musty and stuffy smell of cigarettes and burnt ash in the room. •Miserably small room. Genuinely a squeeze to get between the bed and 1980s dresser drawers. •Old little AC unit heavily taped into the wall. It looked like it had never been cleaned. •Cigarette holes in curtains that are stapled at their ends and barely held on by their rods. •No ventilation in bathroom. •Shower does not drain. You have a bath by the end of 2 minutes. All this greatness for over $170! I genuinely do not have words for this outrageous pricing. Absolutely unbelievable. I could continue…I’ll let it rest. Do not stay here. It’s time to give the NY DCWP a call. This property is not in any condition to house people—even for a night.

The place is terrible, no one should stay in such a filthy place. It should be taken down from cheap tickets altogether. Dont bother booking there unless you want to live the homeless experience
