Staff was rude, room was dirty, kitchen didn’t work neither did the stove. Worst hotel in my life. Makes motel 6 look like a 5 star hotel.
-
Room was very nice with a full size fridge and a super big bathroom.

Would love to stay there again

Dirty wall, doors, bathroom& microwave. No iron available. Rooms smells musty. New furniture needs AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

The rooms online look great, but they're nothing like that in real life. We checked in and went up to the room. The smell of marijuana in the hallway was ridiculously strong. Getting into the room, we soon found that it was dingy and the sound of the interstate was crazy loud. Then, we found out that the door to the bathroom in that room wouldn't shut. The fridge kicked on and sounded like it was going to explode for a sec. After the receptionist reassigned us to another room, we go in and half the lights in the room were burnt out. One of the lamps was unplugged with a cord wrapped around it and no bulb in it. The trim on the furniture was peeling off and the finish at the bottom looked water damaged. There were no wash cloths in the room. The towels were stained and I'm not certain they'd been washed. It was just GROSS. On the second night, my wife noticed a blood stain on the leather decoration of the headboard that we'd missed at first because the room was so dark and poorly lit. Housekeeping didn't come at all during our three-night stay. We would have left, but our reservation wouldn't allow for a refund and we had planned on being out most of the visit. Nearby, there are a lot of homeless folks. Nothing against them, but the neighborhood isn't exactly family friendly. The kitchen had two weird burners, no cooking equipment, plates or cutlery. STAY ELSEWHERE

Cold AC I didn’t like anything. Room are not what the description says online. Room are filthy, no chairs, only 1 pillow, have ants, toilet barely flush, and you can barely open your door to get inside the room. Staffs are lazy and have bad attitude. Only one way in and one way out of the hotel. Parking gates broken. At night is like a hooker/prostitution place. I only stay because it was non refundable reservation. Never again I will go back even if it was for a $1 per night.

The lady at the front desk from morning and into the afternoon was really kind and helpful and understanding. I truly appreciate her help. Nothing. Or stay has been really great.

I was also greeted with the stench of urine in the hallway of the floor I stayed on. No hairdryer was available. My second room was slightly better, but still old and run down, the tub felt like the floor was soft beneath it, and the tub needed refurbishing. The road noises were even louder in this room. I also wasn't happy they took payment when I checked in, rather than when I checked out. They also put a $100 hold as a deposit, but that is fairly common these days. The old addage 'you get what you pay for' rang true with this hotel. It works for someone on a road trip looking for an affordable one night stop, but not for longer stays.

I liked the ease of booking. Upon arrival the front desk was easy to communicate with and I got right into my room. My room had a fridge and microwave. However the stove I didnt use because I didnt have any pans or pots to cook with at the time. The bed was perfect for one. Bathroom was clean. I ended up booking 2 more nights because it was safe, private and clean. I would stay here again. The price is really great too. I loved the AC and the window let in quite a bit of light so I didnt need to use the lights. Save the planet by using natural light.

Upon attempting to check in Rosewood, I mentioned to the GM a discrepancy in a receipt from my previous stay and my expected deposit returned. The GM agreed there was a mistake on the company’s end and tried to explain what happened. I stated that I did not receive my deposit and the receipt I received was incorrect with my bank transactions. I was unable to check in despite paying through a third party, Expedia, 223.12. The GM comes into the lobby around 8:15 PM after I had returned from a meal before 6 o’clock PM. The GM asks me what is going on. I state to her that I am filling out a claim for my stay and that I will be gone before dark. She asked, “so about 30 mins”? I repeated I should be done before dark. She then gets hostile and asks me to leave as I’m sitting in the lobby with my service animal filling out the claim. She then threatens to call the police and touch my personal belongings, which I left before 4 PM and retrieved my phone charger before 6 PM. The GM then calls someone I assume is maintenance and he then talks rude and roughly to me and threatens to touch my belongings as well. He then mentions to the GM to call the police, she does so, and makes a false report against a BIPOC, queer, woman with a service animal.

really good Value for money, good staff , clean rooms, nice feel good facility A little far from main accessible downtown areas but the major concern I had was you park far and then have to walk all the way back because entry as exits are only allowed from the main entrance even when you have access cards.

Nothing The location in a bad area. Homeless parked all down the street. I didn’t feel safe as a women by her self. I checked out the next day.
