Bad area, unsafe Drug use and lots of people in and out all night
-
Excelletn loaction, super firendly staff, all amenities were up to the mark breakfast could be better, the location is closing down.
-
The location The staff at the front desk and manager was rude and disrespectful
-
The room was clean when we got here. Except the dirty fork in the silverware tray. We signed up for housekeeping every other day and no one ever came by for the week we were here. They also charged $60 for early check in and the website says it was supposed to be $30. The front desk lady seemed put off every time we came down to the desk. She was rude and standoffish. The fridge was shut off and there was water all over the floor when we got here.

Dirty! Carpets ripped and upholstery torn. Trim boards barely hanging on and fixtures broken or missing. Avoid

It was the worst Marriott property that I have ever stayed at. Dirty: Carpet was very stayed, room had odor, sleeper sofa was ripped and feces in toilet
-
It was so cute and clean. It was a little expensive for the size, but it was a good little stay

Everything Nothing

The Suite came fully furnished with a full kitchen including utensils, dishes, and glassware. It made cooking feel like home. They started doing exterior building maintenance too early in the morning and woke me up. Normally it wouldn’t be an issue, but my flight got in late the night before and I was planning to sleep in more.

A little dated. Body wash in shower was empty. Sofa torn. Breakfast very good! Great location.
-
The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the bed was very comfortable. The body wash wasn’t refilled before my stay and I ran out in the middle of my shower.

We’ve stayed here 3 or 4 years in the past. Love the hotel and the location…but each year it seems to have gone down hill a little bit. Furnishings need an upgrade. Staff gave us wrong info.
-
Convenient to where I had an appointment. Pull out sofa bed was stained and was missing a sheet, floor needed vacuuming and some dusting was needed.
-
Great room great kitchen, super helpful staff. Almost nothing. There was no weighing scale though
-
Convenient location to shopping and expressway The room was kind of clean. No washcloth provided. The curtain was torn, the sofa stained. The building smelled like it had been flooded.
-
Comfortable bed and clean sheets. Smelly air conditioner
-
Room was very outdated with yellowing fixtures and a super musty smell. Musty smell

The breakfast was great the first morning we were there. The next two mornings a group of people traveling together (all dressed alike) came in as a group and took multiples of everything back to their rooms, leaving everything empty for the rest of us. The staff didn't speak English and we did not speak Spanish, so it was difficult to find out if more food would be available or if the missing food--eggs, bread, etc. would be replenished. A number of people went elsewhere for breakfast. One of those days there was no juice or cold water available (the doors to the juice machine were closed). After this group left, things were somewhat better, but eggs were often not available and the staff could not understand questions about whether more were being cooked. Salt was only available via a huge box of salt that only had a huge opening for pouring salt into a measuring spoon (you could not sprinkle salt on your eggs), but much of the time, eggs were not available. For several days English muffins were the only bread (no slices, no bagels.). The staff was friendly but could not communicate with us easily. We did try online translation of words (English/Spanish) which worked one day. The hotel needs some updating. The room was clean and had everything we needed, but the sofa, chairs, carpet & bedding smelled musty and old, like a house that needed new carpet, fresh paint and deep cleaning. I think the years had absorbed odors that won't go away without a refresh..

The staff was very pleasant! There was a roach in the refrigerator so we had to change rooms. Then the second room had a big crack in the tub which caused leaking in the building and our was cut off without notice. We were in the middle of taking showers after my daughter's basketball tournament. The next morning we had to walk to the room where the roach was to take showers.
