Loved the concert everyone was enjoying the music and dancing Didn’t like the extra charges to my room taxes ??? 40 extra dollars worth and didn’t like that you had to go upstairs to play a lot of the quarter machines

The rooms were okay. A little outdated but clean. Staff was friendly and kind. They did change and extra resort fee of like $23

The hotel was clean and staff was great. What we did like was the sort thin walls. We heard the neighbors partying until 5 am. Also, restaurants weren’t open during the day except one. I don’t think we would stay here again.

Room was nice, bed and pillows comfortable and very quiet, would definitely stay again.

Overall, the experience was good. Hotel room was clean and look updated, Good time was had.

Ameristar @ KC is good BUT there is nowhere to eat on Mondays until 4:00. People need to know before they make reservations that they have to bring their own breakfast and lunch.

Walls are so thin, we could hear everything. Next door neighbor was such a disturbance at 3am... I had to get security, then they had to get police involved. I didn't feel safe with my kid. Other than that nice, clean hotel.

Great stay. Close to stadium. All amenities are useful.

First, the ugly part. Housekeeping picked up the room and made the beds after the first night. After the second night, they only made one of the 2 beds and did not pick up anything and did not provide additional towels. With no towels on the third night, we called the front desk to ask them to please bring some up. They said they were out of towels and could not accommodate us. Are you kidding me? No towels in a several 100 room hotel???? The front attendants were very aggressive and very rude. We asked for a manager that night and the next morning but they would not let us talk to them. Besides the hotel part, the dining was okay, except that they only have one easier and one cook on Monday mornings, so they would only seat 1 table at a time, thus we did not eat there that morning. Some of the wait staff was good, some were terrible and rude. Good was okay. Casino was fun. It even had a non smoking area but it is located upstairs in a corner where all the cigarette smoke went. Not sure who thought that through???? Good thing was that 3 of the 11 of us hit a $750 slot jackpot. This is just a story from the road for us, enjoying family time immensely bi matter the surroundings.

Clean rooms, easy check in the great staff. My wife enjoyed the casino. Definitely out in the middle of nowhere.

Hotel was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable and our room was super clean, smelled good, and was quiet & relaxing. Casino was a little rough trying to win, but still inviting and fun checking it out. Only downside was that we had a concert to go to the 2 nights we stayed and most of the restaurants didn’t open until 6pm and closed by the time we got back. Burger Joint was open and had good French fries. Overall, we really had a nice time and it was a lovely property. So, glad we got the opportunity to experience this place.

Great staff lots of restaurants and excellent casino.

Kept asking for clean towels & sheets. Ignored. After 4 days truth wss revealed. Short staffed in Housekeeping. On day 5 we finally were listed for a room refresh! If I have to reuse my towels & bedding & take out my own trash, I might as well use my motor home instead. Everyone said " Ill tell Housekeeping!" With zero results. Disgusting. Husbands bedsheet had an old blood stain too.

The absolute WORST casino I’ve ever stayed at! They have the rudest staff, especially Deb, Brook & Joyce at the front desk. Stay away from this hotel.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at and all my life. The staff was horrible.
