My check-in experience wasn't the best.

very slow service at the cafe

Big clean room. Helpful staff. Several restaurant choices. Easy access to parking.

Friendly staff

There was a super nice employee who brought me a voucher for food because it was my birthday. We tried to use it several times and never got to use it due to only using it at the vendors outside of the casino, but all of those were closed when we wanted to eat. Then the Burger place was down due to their server being down. So the voucher was wasted.

Attention to detail needs to be taken seriously as we identified multiple cleanliness issues with common areas, elevators, the fitness area and the rooms... particularly the bathroom. (Example... air vents need attention.)

The room was spacious and clean. Employees from the hotel desk to the casino were all very friendly.

Rooms were genuinely clean, complete with vacuum vacuuming. The perfect hotel for anybody over 6 feet tall. I did not have to take a shower on my knees. Bed was very comfortable. The only bad thing I have to say about this place is the parking lot in the rear, where all the trucks park, needs to be repaved. Outside of that, it was an excellent hotel.

Everything was clean and the staff were friendly. Only issue we had was our first night the folks across from us must of had a big party which made it hard to sleep.

This was by far the cleanest hotel and casino we have stayed. Everything from our arrival and check in went smoothly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant we ate at property was excellent. The room and bed were comfortable and clean. We were very impressed and already talking about our next stay at this property. Highly recommend.

No maid service, staff was great. Steakhouse ran out of most Seafood, steak was burnt. Staff at steakhouse was excellent. Mexican restaurant was good, friendly staff. Gambling was good, Three days and I came home even. Only 1 way into casino, and 1 way . Overall good stay!
