Drury Inn & Suites Kansas City Airport

Very friendly hotel with an evening “meal” served that was appetizing. Our room was clean and as expected

Buffet for dinner was nice

The staff was so friendly! We enjoyed the Manager's reception in the evening and wonderful breakfast in the mornings. The pool was a blast for the kids. We had a great stay.

The staff was courteous and check-in was smooth, but the overall property felt dated and not as well maintained as other Drury locations I’ve visited. The room was acceptable, but cleanliness and attention to detail were not at the same level I’ve experienced elsewhere. Common areas also seemed more worn and less inviting. One of the reasons I typically choose Drury is the consistency, and this stay simply didn’t deliver the same quality, comfort, and overall experience I’ve received at other locations. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but it was disappointing compared to previous Drury Inn experiences. I hope management takes steps to improve the property because the Drury brand is usually one I confidently recommend.

We loved the outdoor abd indoor pools! Breakfast was delicious! The staff went above abd beyond with kindness and help! Great stay, will definitely be back soon!
