Nothing The room was out dated. The island was basically a sliding board. There were boogers on the walls on both sides of the bed (took pictures). There was a roach in my room (took pickup). The ac unit leaks and leaves standing water in the rood during rain. You can tell this has been happening for some time as there is a noticeable issue with the subflooring. They didn't tell me at check in there was an option for dishes and other amenities. The cable tv was out for a day or two. There was jo explaination nor accommodations made. When I spoke to someone about my issues they simply told me they were sorry. Its honestly the worse place I have ever stayed.

That it was quiet and close to the interstate. The water did not get cold from the sink the t.v did not work the wifi signal was very poor.

Desk staff were very friendly and supportive of a couple of our room maintenance needs Old dated room, clean but needs updating. Extremely slippery bath tub.

Hotel in need of a upgrade, Old amenities and furniture, uncomfortable beds and just overall not clean in my opinion

Room was okay. Toilet did not flush well. Also stained, probably permanently. Clean enough, but the sheets looked stain with an ink pen. Didn’t catch it until the middle of the night. Also there was only three pillows on the bed. Obviously two people were sleeping in the bed. Also the continental breakfast only had hot coffee. No other drink choices and just prepackaged muffins and instant oatmeal packs. The worst continental breakfast I have ever had. Staff were definitely friendly.

They didn't want to refund me my money after spending hours on the phone . It's been over a month and still have not got my money This place is a scam . They steal money along with Expedia!! I still have not got my money and it's been over a month. This place is full of lies!! I want my money!!

The condition of the linens was unsatisfactory due to their soiled state. Furthermore, the presence of cigarette smoke within the building created an unpleasant atmosphere. These issues significantly detracted from the overall experience. Addressing these concerns is essential for maintaining a high standard of accommodation. Prompt attention to cleanliness and environmental quality will be prioritized.
