An average stay.

The room was clean, the staff was helpful, the air conditioning was working great and the place looks safe.

We had a great experience, book again

The bathroom was dirty. The air conditioner in the room was old and loud. Breakfast ends at 9am. However, at around 8am, an employee turned of the devices keeping the food warm. I managed to get coffee and still barely warm biscuit, but the families arriving around 8:15am had no hot food. Ownership doesn't seem to value the customer experience.

This hotel was booked for a quick one night stay, due to the reasonable price we booked it. Unfortunately the hotel was not a suitable place to stay at all. The hotel was dirty, and had a strong sewage odor even in the room. While the front desk staff was kind, Expedia would not offer a refund. We had to last minute find somewhere else to stay. I do not recommend staying here but also do not recommend continued use of Expedia if they can’t accommodate a frequent customer for a one night stay that was absolutely not acceptable.

The room was great, except for the shower. Looks like there could have been dingy or even mold around the shower door.

Room was clean enjoyed the pool very nice. And the breakfast was good. Clean, quiet and enjoyable.

The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast had a good selection.

There was no hot water in the shower

The staff was friendly, but the room was not very clean. There was a stain on the bed, the carpet had not been vacuumed, and one of the chairs was very dirty. Breakfast was very basic with very limited options—the poorest selection I’ve seen compared to other hotels. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but the cleanliness and breakfast need improvement.

Breakfast had biscuits and gravy. Same as other quality inn hotels. The carpet did not look vacuumed because of obvious dirts on the carpeted floor. I thought sheets were not changed because of traces of hair and red lints at the foot side of the bedsheet. So I asked for clean ones and changed the sheets and pillow cases. Bed was not firm.
