Quality Inn Kansas City International Airport

Staff was super nice and rooms were clean.

Everyone was super helpful, had a late check in and it was smooth

Room was nice, the room was a bit small but that is what I was expecting with a 1-bedroom. But the bathroom had a sliding door that did not latch to stay locked and when you took a shower the water pressure was pretty bad and the door had a pretty good gap at the bottom so when you took a shower the bathroom floor got soaked. Other than that everything was pretty nice and clean.

The property needs some upkeep, but looks like an older property that can’t be updated too much. It’s adequate.

Bugs were flying around my room the entire time I stayed.

Shower did not work. Mold on lamp 3 shades. Ice bucket had been used as an ash tray. I asked to switch rooms and was told no, if they could fix the shower. I had booked five nights. Left after letting maintenance in and was told he could not fix it. I went back to the desk. Showed her pictures of the room and then was offered to move. I checked out immediately. Still charged for the 5 nights.

Good value for the money.

The manager and staff were so kind and accomodating when we stayed here after my husband's eye surgery. They allowed us to check in early so he could get comfortable and two of the staff asked after him the next morning. They were very thoughtful and helpful in a stressful situation. Clean facility and very nice breakfast as well. I will stay again.

Very flexible Nothing

welcoming and helpful staff. hotel location is just within reach of many stores and restaurants which is convenient for many travelers seeking these things. very comfortable stay.

Staff during the day was helpful but at night he didn’t really seem to want to be bothered and seemed annoyed when asked for ice machine. We also asked for room service and we left a few things in different areas to see if they would rummage through our suitcase. Our iPad was moved to a different spot and also a suitcase for a laptop was no zippered up the way we left it. I don’t know for sure if they looked through our stuff or planned on taking it but i recommend taking your valuables with you when you plan on leaving for the day and request room service. The bed sheets had what looked like mold on them and they just did the bed and didn’t actually change the sheets. The maintenance man also does the breakfast and while he was doing the breakfast he took out all trash , after he got done with that, he was notified that breakfast needed to be filled up with biscuits,eggs. He went to fill up with more breakfast and lord knows if he washed his hands… we didn’t eat any biscuits or eggs after that happened. I also don’t recommend coming here if you’re planing on going to a royals/chiefs game. Was about a 25 minute drive and traffic was horrible. Overall don’t recommend staying here and really put a sour taste in my mouth about quality inn as we usually try to stay at these but I will have to start looking for others. Maybe a best western.

N/A. Didn't have breakfast. Lots of towels in the room. The bed was very comfy! Main lobby restroom key on a large wooden stick seemed a little strange. Lint and debris falling onto the toilet from the exhaust fan. Baseboards in the bathroom were pretty dirty.

The proximity to Kansas City International Airport after I landed. The breakfast was adequate but I had to where certain things were, which made it a little disruptive but not too bad.

My stay went well but the ac was going up and down on its own when you set it to a temperature it will change on its own but other than that everything was good!
