Quality Inn Kansas City International Airport

Chair in room was super stained and dirty as well as the carpet, the A/C wasn't working well. We stayed in a double bed room and only got 3 towels that were super small, the breakfast wasn't great.

The sink was clogged . The bathroom at the baseboards were very dirty

My wife woke up with a piece of fake eyelashes stuck to her. The room smelled of cigarette smoke though it was marked as a non-smoking room. The bathroom was moldy. I was just too tired to complain about all the problems when I checked in at 11pm. The only good thing about the room is that we didn't get bedbug bites.

Everything was good! Only complaint is it has a nice fragrance throughout that may be irritating to some people

It was affordable and the staff was able to adjust my room so I could be next door to my mom and sister without having to pay extra. He was also very friendly and welcoming. He was also available if we needed anything. There was nothing I didn't like.

Nice hotel. Carpet needs a cleaning all around the building. But overall nice place to spend a night or two.

Good but bathroom door didn’t lock and was outdated. When u shower water splashes outside the shower onto the bathroom floor poor shower design

Staff was nice look pretty clean The main thing you go to a hotel for is to sleep when the bed is like a 100 bricks kind of hard to sleep terrible mattresses water pressure very low no hot water warm

The staff was amazing and very helpful, no complain there. The first room we had the door to the bathroom didn’t close. The second room we had the sink was clogged.
