Ils ont annulé ma réservation a la dernière minutes quand je suis arrivé le jour mêmes sans m'aviser, Parce-que c'était le jour du match et ils ont profité pour monter les prix . Faites attention avec eux surtout si vous avez fait vos réservations plutôt tôt. Je ne reviendrais jamais la

Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was very clean and comfortable

Pullout couch bed was extremely uncomfortable. We asked for a crib and they didn’t have one, despite me being able to ask for it when reserving. Our black out shade was damaged and my husband had to fix it to be able to close it but it still didn’t close all the way.

When we went to check in, the man could not find our registration. We showed him the registration number and he still could not find it. I have not yet received a refund. We had to go to another hotel.

The breakfast We were given a king size room, which is not what I reserved. I go downstairs and Sam was able to change our room to a 2 queen size bed with a pull out. The room number he gave us, as we entered, clearly had someone else’s things in it.

Breakfast is terrible & parking is always full. Other than that nice place to stay when traveling.

Staff was unhelpful and always said the same thing. “The GM is out so we don’t know”. No one knows anything at this location.

The room was smaller than I am used to for suites but the amenities made up for it. Great breakfast options. I think this is the only hotel I have stayed at where the breakfast potatoes were perfectly cooked and melted in your mouth. They were not overly seasoned or hard and dry. Kids loved the fresh yogurt and toppings bar.
