What a fun, family friendly environment. Clean, entertaining and such nice staff! And the breakfast was amazing!!! I could not stop going for more. We had a fantastic stay!

You have to pay to park in their own parking lot then the lot was full at night when we got there so you could not even park in it. Breakfast was just ok. Stay not friendly when I called down to ask for sheets for the fold out bed.

great place. We stayed only one night to attend a world cup game and the staff was welcoming.

Great suite, good breakfast, very friendly and accommodating front desk staff, wonderful experience overall.

The pool was closed which was unfortunate but they were great, had a back up plan and we were able to use the pool of a nearby hotel. Everything was great and the staff was great even during the storms that rolled through. The one thing that is frustrating is that we get charged daily to park in their parking lot. They took our license plate number so I feel like that should be enough to prove we are staying and no need to charge us extra.

The floors of the room should be mopped, after each guest. Our cooler leaked a little so When we wiped up it up, the towel was disgusting on how dirty it was.

Location to my event Maintenance was rude. Tv didn’t work. Lamp in room didn’t work. Bathroom was dirty. Door to go outside would not open with key card so had to walk all the way around the building to get back in if went to outside. Pool was closed by health department. The door to room had big cracks between door and frame. Heard everything happening in hall and all around me

Dirty room, had to request a new room since the floor in bathroom and carpet Dirty. The new room was also not clean. Traveling with small children, do not stay at this location with children, it is Dirty and also smells like weed, either people satying smoking weed or the help. Avoid and will not stay at this location on future trips

The front desk check-in service can improve. I waited for 20-30 minutes due to one customer got stuck in his situation. The breakfast is fantastic. The hotel rooms are clean and super good. It would be nice if the parking is free.
