The staff was very kind and helpful. The overall feel of the hotel was outdated. The rooms were clean and breakfast was amazing!
-
Too dated, dirty, and overall disappointing. I thought I would be staying at a typical 'nice' Embassy Suites. What a let down!

The property needs lots of maintenance. There is a strong mold odor in the lobby & entryway carpets are VERY dirty. The rooms show signs of mold around tub seals as well. There was considerable amount of grime build up on the doors, furniture and walls. The beds were comfortable & bedding appeared and smelled clean which is the only thing that kept us from leaving. We only needed a place to sleep. Will never be back.

The place was outdated but that is ok. The swimming pool room was disgusting and the air in the room did not keep.

When we arrived to check in the system was down. We had to get ready for a time sensitive event in the lobby, and public restrooms. It took 2.5 hours for us to get a room. We were not compensated for this inconvenience in anyway other than the parking fee for the hotel being waived. I was unaware there was a parking fee and you have to pay for WiFi if you’re not a rewards member. For as much as you have to pay to stay parking and WiFi should be included. The staff was nice, but the overall mess of the situation and lack of compensation is enough to make me stay somewhere else.

Hotel seemed dated and needed some clean bedding

It’s definitely past time to up their game.

Good location for family meeting up in town

Very convenient

The breakfast was very good and the staff was helpful. We didn’t like that room only had two regular towels. This doesn’t work with two people in the room.
-
Rooms are dated and not enough towels for 3 people in one room. Lastly, Staff was not so accommodating, front desk staff rude and acted as though they didn't want to be there. Breakfast was good but the poor guy in the omelet station was a pro one day and the next day the poor girl couldn't keep up. Stood in line for a hot minute while people complained but she made a badass omelet! Bar... One girl super nice the other complete B.... I have to say it is crazy how people treat you then expect you to tip them. Its like tipping someone for bad behavior. Sorry not me. Good service equals good tips$$$!

Fresh made to order omelettes are a great way to start the day!

The rooms were humid and sticky. It just felt wet in there the whole time. The buffet breakfast was less than desirable. I’ve stayed at many Embassy Suites and this one was not like any I’ve stayed at before. The buffet is always so yummy and there are always a lot of great options. This one had barely anything to choose from and they were out of a lot of stuff already. We went only one day of our stay in the middle of the serving time. We elected not to go the second day because of how bad it was. The pool was closed and one if the elevators was out of order. It was just run down and I wouldn’t recommend. We won’t stay there again if we are in Kansas City.

Very nice staff and nice amenities.
-
Older property that’s worn a bit.
-
Room dirty, ceiling leaking water, saw a lot of cockroach on the dining area and all over, they allowed big dogs as big as human being.
-
Our shower nozzle was broken and would come of any time we showered. There was also an accessibility handle broken in the shower. A pricey stay for something not so up to date.
-
Servicio muy bueno se lo recomiendo al 100/100

The check in was a bit chaotic as several folks were in line with only 1 staff member at the front desk. The hotel was pretty clean but overall it had a dated feeling. Evening snacks were average. The bartender appeared to be the only person fixing drinks so again it was a long wait to get your beverages or to return to her & place a restaurant order as she was in charge of this too.
