Embassy Suites by Hilton Kansas City International Airport

The airport shuttle was arranged and booked with the front desk. At the time the ride, said there was no space.

My overall experience was good. However, when I checked and got to my original room, the room had not been cleaned. The second room I was given was clean, but there were lamps that didn’t work, one of the lights in the bathroom didn’t work, there was no hand soap, and there was no bedding for the pull out couch and on of the remotes didn’t work either. The breakfast was good, my kids enjoyed that, they also liked the pool.

Only thing was one of the elevators were out of order on the side where our room was so elevators were packed but great stay and excellent breakfast with a omelette bar that was delicious.

The corner suite was quite large, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was quiet, and the staff friendly.

Chambre vieux style mais pas mal,personnelles actifs ,petit déjeuner assez bon, pour commencer la journée ,je recommande.

Close to the interstate in places to eat. There was a lot of children running around being loud at all hours.

Nice place wished we had the opportunity to stay there longer. Very nice and helpful people at the reception.

Excellent shuttle drivers!! Carpet was worn outside garbage overflowing. Staff was great!

I was not happy with this experience and want to request a refund for one of my nights

While the Hilton website states this hotel has a hot tub, it does not and when discussing with staff they stated they wish Hilton would update the website. The building is older, but they have done a good job keeping it clean and current. The bathrooms are small, but functional. The staff was helpful. Parking is $17 nightly, paid through a third party by app.

Excellent room accommodations! Breakfast was 7 out of 10. Long line for bacon or specialty cook of eggs/omlets. Buffet was just scrambled eggs and potatoes, no meat.

I arrived about midnight with several other people in the check-in process was rather slow. Checking person was rather Gabby and look like she couldn't concentrate on handling it 10 people at the same time
