Room was flooded from the room next door. Desk clerk gave the option of changing hotels in the middle of the night. Upon arrival My family and I had to wait over 3 hours past our check in time. This delay caused us to miss wedding activities we came in town for.

The breakfast had an omelet station and a good variety. The heater did not work and the person I was traveling with said the staff said they had the boiler at half capacity. Afyer requesting another room the heat seemed to be working,

Staff were very polite and helpful! The decor was quite dated (1980s??) and really didn't like having to pay for parking in the lot.

Hotel is very outdated and not clean but the breakfast was amazing especially omelet station! Cleanliness

I was very disappointed. I've never had a bad experience at Embassy Suite. Embassy Suites has always been my go to when they're available. On this stay, my room had a very bad aroma. The room smelled as if it were wet or had really bad musty smell. While I was in my room I would leave the door open to help minimize or remove the smell. Housecleaning left a lot to be desired. There dirt or lack of vacuuming at our around the legs or feet of the furniture. The carpet was red but the areas around the furniture bottoms was gray. Again, Embassy Suite has always been great. Kansas City, please get it together. The staff was phenomenal i must say.

Room was clean and breakfast staff was nice. WiFi was terrible being spotty and that’s the main thing I need for my trip. Breakfast on the line wasn’t that good.
