Toilet clogged, showers didn't drain, room had strong aroma. There was plenty of breakfast but it wasn't very good.

Close to the airport and had a shuttle

Clean, large room. Park and Stay plan was excellent. Courteous staff.

Posiblemente ni ellos mismos sepan cuando fue la última vez que le dieron mantenimiento a su sistema contra incendio ya que las boquillas estaban llenas de polvo. El desayuno para estar incluido nada fuera del otro mundo solo la limpieza del área de comida si dejaba mucho que desear al parecer solo tienen a un empleado cocinando y limpiando. Y por último la alberca no es calefaccionada así que si no hay sol simplemente no se puede ni usar. Ya me había hospedado aquí en 2021 y hoy en día está mucho peor.

Had a small staycation with my pet to get out of downtown from the fireworks. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. The rooms having a separate sitting area gives it more of a home feel.

Excellent ac hotel was cold with all the heat outside

Hotel is very out dated. There are no amenities in the room. Room was dark and air conditioner made lots of noises.

They didn't clean the room. There was pee in the toilet and a lot of hair on the floor in the bathroom. The trash cans were full. Didn't look like anyone had been in there to do anything but make the bed. Don't know if the sheets were clean. We slept in our clothes and used the sheets for the fold away couch figured those would be clean but who knows.

Convenient, efficient, overall good choice.

The night of my check in (around midnight) the room I had reserved was not available anymore. The solution offered by the staff: “This room, or we can cancel your reservation”. It was almost midnight. I had to accept the room they had. Next day, Expedia offered a discount for that room; however during my checkout, they gave me a small discount that will not cover the lack of professionalism from the staff nor the inconvenience caused by not having the two bed room we had initially reserved.

The water doesn’t run. Thats not the agreement I made with the company. If they would have asked me prior to the water being shut off, plans could’ve been made.
