It was clean and the staff was nice They are undergoing construction. They need to figure out a better way to direct cars.

Room was clean and big but tired. My parents room smelled bad Under renovation so it is uncomfortable and dirty in common space. Rooms are ok but need updating

Good value. Like the couch in the room. Makes for more comfortable tv viewing. Couch and facility is showing wear. They were doing a remodel of the lobby.

They were remodeling the hotel so there was mess in the lobby. Got charged about $4 for amenities which was extra. I didn't want to argue it but should have. The room was dirty. Found a pill on the floor in the room. After the researching it the pill was a blood thinner. So clearly they didn't vacuum or clean the room. Will not ever be back to that hotel ever again.

Quiet. Plenty of parking. AC worked great. Perfect water pressure. Convenient location. Staff were helpful. Would stay here again.

When we got there it was under constuction, tv was oudated and direct tv was so blurry, shower tub was super slippery I was afraid to take a shower, Breadfast was horrible, hall way dark and scary overall I wish I'd never book that hotel..

Smoking going on in all the rooms so the whole place smelled like smoke

Nothing the staff failed to mention that they were doing remodeling and when I asked for a discount they said no because the noise was just downstairs and only between 8 and 7 PM which it wasn't because it actually went past 7 PM. The staff talked to a different language in front of us and barely even knew any language We had to use fitness center for breakfast, and they barely even acknowledge us.

So to be completely honest I am never staying at Wyndham Garden ever again. When I got there they were doing a full on reconstruction of basically the entire lobby. The staff does not greet you or speak to you unless you speak to them. The smell in the hallways were terrible. The rooms were bare minimum, the showers were terrible not super cleaned and the towels were so bad that it hurt to dry off with. The beds were comfortable but the TV did not work and the mini fridge was not cold. When I was checking out to leave I felt the need to clean as much of the room as possible and take videos to make sure I got my deposit back. Ended up finding old popcorn kernels, random old snacks and food next to the bed and air conditioner so I was not happy checking out. The price is wayyyy too high for what you get, I spent 421$ for 2 nights that were both terrible. We were scared to eat the breakfast in the morning so both morning we went to first watch and spent 50 each morning instead. Terrible stay and would highly NOT recommend. Wish I could get my money back for them not being transparent abt the conditions of their hotel!

We had to travel to Kansas City for a medical issue for a family member. We were very pleased with the location as it is within walking distance to several restaurants (very helpful when you don't have a rental car). The hotel was undergoing some renovations so the breakfast area was affected and moved to the gym area and they did a great job transforming the space for comfort & convenience. The hotel offers a shuttle to/from the Kansas City airport which was super helpful for us in our situation & travel needs. Mostly, the staff was SO friendly, helpful, & super accommodating as we had to keep rearranging our travel plans due the changes with surgery dates, etc. We would definitely stay here again, and thank you to everyone there who helped us out, offered support/friendship during a very difficult time for me & my husband.
