Clean, comfortable room and lobby, very good breakfast, helpful staff, convenient airport shuttle. Would stay there again.

Rough facility with descent breakfast.

Good breakfast nice pool, our room didn't get cleaned but that was okay would have preferred at least one cleaning during our stay. When we arrive the toilet was clogged they brought us a plunger to use ourselves.

I have spent a LOT of time in hotels in the past 5 years and this was BY FAR the most uncomfortable bed I had ever slept in! I woke up in pain and felt like I needed a chiropractor or a massage. Something we ate at breakfast on our last day there did not sit well, as we were all sick on the way home our final day.

Like the beds & large rooms. Cleanliness needs improvement. We have to wipe down the rooms with our own wipes. Found a long hair in my breakfast gravy.

Nice hotel
-
We stayed so we could park our cars while we went on a 2 week trip. They do charge for this but it was cheaper than the airport parking. It was $45 for a week.

Rooms were clean and slightly outdated. Amazing breakfast and staff was kind.

I was surprised how helpful the staff was and accommodating to us. Not only is the hotel well located and close to stores restaurants and entertainment the place was clean, the staff were incredibly helpful and the rooms were very nice and modern. I highly recommend this place to anyone staying a night or a week. The breakfast was average but they were very busy when we were there.

Didn't have time to use the amenities

It took forever for us to check in and then we were forced to pay $50 to have our car parked. We were not allowed to park our car ourselves. It was not advertised this way. Additionally, we waited over 45 minutes in the garage and the heat waiting for our car to be brought down to us. Us in about 25 other people stood together and waited for cars. Not impressed.

Friendly staff

Hotel and room was clean. The lighting was horrible it didn’t work so it was dark to do hair and makeup. We had to wait for 20 minutes to be greeted l, so we could get sheets for the pull out bed. When going to make coffee tit was missing parts to the coffee machine. Lastly it has a pool but it was pretty cloudy like it needed cleaning.

No way to charge a cell phone without a brick. Time to install plugs for cell phones. The tub was very slick & almost rounded so you did not make quick moves while showering or risk falling in the tub. Do NOT like the pump hair/body care, go back to single use containers. Only 3 bath towels were provided for a room with 2-people. Room smelled of marijuana when we first opened the door. Our rooms should smell clean like the lobby.

Nice quiet area

The bathroom was not clean when we got to the room. There was a light that didn’t work - when brought to desks attention, they replaced the lightbulb but that did not fix the issue. Outlets do not have usb ports like many other hotels offer — would be a nice/easy upgrade. Pool was closed for a bit during our stay - water was very cloudy and area wasn’t very inviting. TV wasn’t good — static on many channels and didn’t offer ESPN channels. Breakfast was not great - seemed like the eggs were put back out from the day before. Fitness area was carpeted (there was a constant odor) and some of the machines did not work (weight stack machines as well as cardio options) — no mats, towels (until I went to ask) or spray to wipe down equipment after use. We were disappointed in the hotel and tried to work with the manager as well as Expedia to get out of last two nights—would not refund the money. We decided to leave a day early.

The pool was closed when we were there. That was one of the reasons I picked this property. Also, they charged a $3 resort fee that was undisclosed. Not a huge deal but the closest thing this place had to being a resort was the pool. Which again was closed.

Clean, nice staff, easy to get to the airport.
