Holiday Inn Express and Suites Kansas City Airport by IHG

It was very clean. The location was perfect for our family.

Front desk staff was great. Housekeeping was not, the beds weren’t made and they left fewer towels than they took. We had three towels for four people.

The pool was very small and was only 5 ft deep. The breakfast was not good they didn’t have eggs, bacon, they had premade eggs omelet, hard cinnamon rolls, and no fresh made oatmeal as well even though it was shown online. We stayed 2 days our room was not cleaned we had to ask for towels and linen for our pull out couch. Overall I was very disappointed with the hotel holiday inn used to be amazing now it’s not so sad.

5 kids, 3 of whom are toddlers, my wife and me. Excellent stay, rooms were comfortable experience was great, will definitely return.

Wonderful place, pleasant stay. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room and hotel were very clean. Breakfast was good. Modern style. Big room. Would definitely recommend.

The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. They tried to double charge me for my room and when I showed them on black and white paper it still took them almost 6 hours to get it figured out, even with a manager. Upon checking out the manager tried to double charge me again for parking and became hateful when I showed her my receipt.i will never stay here again simply because of the way the manager treated her staff and me.

The check-in staff were extremely polite and got me checked in quickly! And the breakfast was exceptional!

The beds were not as comfortable as I expected them to be. I always stay at holiday inn and express and the beds are super comfy but these were not!! Definitely need to work on that. But everything else was good!

We typically have highly satisfactory experiences at the Holiday Inn Express properties. During this stay, we did not receive housekeeping services on Day 1 and Day 2 (I had to go to the front desk to obtain fresh towels after our return to the property). On the morning of Day 3, we ascertained that our room was omitted from the housekeeping list, so we asked the manager to notify housekeeping to clean our room. When we returned, we discovered that they had given us fresh towels but had done no other cleaning.

I got in later than expected and was greeted with an extremely friendly and helpful staff. They could tell that we were tired and said they would put us on the top floor so that we could have a quiet nights sleep. Amazing!

Pillows and mattresses were overdue for replacement. No channel guide for TV, front office says they change providers too often to keep up.
