Perfect stay. Comfortable bed.

The property is under management changes from sonesta to Marriott n it looks like some construction going on outside . The common hallways were humid . The common areas were clean though and welcoming especially. The lobby . It looks like it is not a busy hotel as the snacks n fridges were not stocked with a variety of items . My room door was hard to open due to the door sweeping n the humid hallways . My room was nice, clean and the ac worked well but housekeeping had left previous guests cherries in the trash the staff was great and all three front desk clerks were helpful n the maintenance man as well . I think the rate was high for being a half abandoned property that made it weird for me to stay at n I almost left bc I felt unsafe by that but I was like nah that’s weird to feel that way . Everyone is nice and there was no problems or any reason for me to feel unsafe . I would stay here again if the rate was competitive to the supply n demand of the property

motel transitioning to a Marriott Courtyard - they are doing rehab and there is no brekfast area or bar. The water in the sink is very low water pressure. Clean and will be a great motel.

Clean room with a nice bed and blankets. No frills, which was fine because I pay for a clean, quiet room at a good price, and that's what you get.

Paid for breakfast only to be told when I got there it wasn’t any breakfast only the property anymore ?!

Estaban en proceso de remodelación, por lo que todo el edificio o al menos el camino hacia nuestra habitación todo estaba en perfecto estado. Las habitaciones súper ampliadas, las camas parecían nubes de lo cómodas. El personal super amable. Y habían máquinas de hielo en la entrada y en el piso de la habitación. No pudimos disfrutar del desayuno por la remodelación pero es entendible y hubo refund por esto.

I found hair in the room, which I was not happy about. I paid for breakfast, but there is no such thing as breakfast at this place—they simply took my money. 00/10

Just only stay for a night not two nights

Very new. Under construction in some areas, no breakfast or amenities available while construction, no tv remote and the bathroom sink was clogged upon arrival. Hotel was very accommodating though.

I have no idea why this place doesn’t shut down to renovate. Everything is under construction. We walked in the door and the entire first floor was gutted and they’re putting the rooms together so there’s drywall all over the floor. We stayed on the third floor and all the smoke alarms were covered with black tape, missing ceiling tiles exposing the insulation that looked like they used to be pink, a lot of black (mold? Unsure but likely). The room smelled very odd, likely from the construction. The TV did not work at all. The shower was reverse (hot is cold, cold is hot no biggie). Fortunately this was one night. But I did book this place because it had high stars. Maybe in a few months it will be fine once construction is done, but I’d avoid it for now. My car was safe in the lot so that’s a plus I suppose.

The entire hotel was under construction. There were no amenities available. Avoid! The hotel shouldn't be open during construction.

Stayed here one night. Tv wasn’t working so I was informed I would get 25% rate reduction. Never got the rate reduction. When I asked hotel they said that since it was booked through third party I would have to get from hotels.com. When I asked hotels.com they said that I would have to get from hotel. When I asked hotel again they said they refunded the amount to a card that I do not possess and since I booked using PayPal it wouldn’t have been in that kind of card. So somewhere either in hotels.com or this hotel someone got to pocket $75 ish dollars. Hotels.com was no help. Hotel was no help. Terrible experience from both. Do not recommend.

The main negative I have is, you can hear the cross walk beeps from the rooms and they start the cleaning of rooms at 8am. And they aren’t quiet.

The service was awful and so was the room.

The hotel was in full blown construction mode and it seems as though it has been in that condition since the start of the year. Dust, garbage and construction debris all over. No working facilities. No food available in the hotel. Bathroom smelled like urine. Not sure they should be accepting guests and charging full amount at this point

Easy to get too.

The itself was great! The bed was comfy, the room was clean. I did not like finding out once I arrived that the hotel was under heavy renovations and that all amenities outside the room were not available and then had to pay full price to stay.

Under construction- the whole place. Entrances, hallways, common areas. Nearly tripped over communication cable in the hallway. Walked through filth to the elevators. Most of the sidewalks are missing panels and aren't fully accessible. We were in a finished room and it was actually nice. However, i work construction. I know from experience that phasing matters. Trying to do everything at once is irresponsible and unprofessional. Its a hotel- guest access, safety, and comfort should be at the forefront.
