Clean room. The staff were nice and efficient.

Clean room, clean beds, but the handwasher was stuck

The staff didn’t understand English too well. We stayed for 3 days and it was hard to get thing we needed like xtra wash clothes and garbage bags.

Additionally, the bathtub leaked every time I showered. I reported the issue to the front desk, but the staff member did not appear to take my concerns seriously or document them. I also reported these issues to Expedia, only to find that the hotel had no record of my multiple complaints and now the manager is refusing to issue me a refund

Unfortunately, we had no choice but to stay because there were no other hotels available at the time. Otherwise, we would have left immediately. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves the cleanliness and overall condition of the rooms so future guests don't have the same experience. I would not recommend staying here in its current condition.

The sheets had stains. The first room we were given smelled so bad, like mold or mildew.

We were very disappointed in this hotel. The outside does not appear well-maintained. The parking lot is awful. It is nicer in the lobby area. The room was decent but, our door would not fully shut and still wouldn't despite a maintenance request. The wide array of "aromas" in the hallways is awful. It's like a mix of weed and ramen noodles. The staff is pretty nice and helpful but, we were staying here for my son's baseball tournament and I desperately needed to wash a uniform. Nope. Washing machine is broken. Breakfast was the SAME thing every single day: tater tots, sausage links, horrible biscuits/gravy, and nasty eggs each kept warm in crockpots. Really look around before you stay here and only do it as an absolute last resort.

Worst hotel experience ever. Entry way La Quinta carpet has large stains, leaving a first impression that suited the property. Room window was slightly open and unlocked. Entire hotel smelled like mildew and was very humid. Room was dirty. Feces or some other fluid was on the bathroom walls and no telling what was on the chair near the bed. Did not feel safe at all. This was a last resort due to the limited availability of lodging in the area. Next time, I will choose to sleep in my vehicle instead of staying at this hotel. I highly recommend an audit by the Wyndham company.

The property itself appears to have undergone renovations at some point, but the work was done very poorly and maintenance seems to be lacking throughout the hotel. There was a strong musty odor in the hallways that appeared to be masked with air fresheners. The smell of cooking food, cigarette smoke, pets, and other strong odors was noticeable the moment we stepped into the building. It was very apparent that some rooms appeared to be occupied by long-term residents, which added to the overall feeling that this was not being operated as a typical hotel. To make matters worse, nearly half of the parking lot was blocked off for “repairs,” creating limited parking and adding to the overall neglected appearance of the property. The entire hotel felt extremely sketchy and uncomfortable, and we did not feel that the condition of the property matched what was advertised online. The pool area was also disappointing. The water and pool floor appeared dirty, and there were no lights on in the pool area after dark, making it feel unsafe and poorly maintained. Overall, the hotel looked nothing like the photos advertised online. The pictures are extremely misleading compared to the actual condition of the property. Between the cleanliness issues, poor maintenance, unpleasant odors, limited parking, and overall atmosphere, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had. We would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

Uncomfortable beds, not clean. Handicap accessible means they added grab bars in the bathroom and nothing else.
