Cleanliness was terrible

The staff is very attentive no one bothers you friendly and accommodating The noise but that's expected.

No part really When I first arrived and walked in the room, it smelled terrible. The floors were very dirty. The shower was dirty and it smelled like cigarettes and fentanyl. There was a used fentanyl straw right outside the door inside the room on the door on the inside of the door was something either food or some other kind of filth. And there was blood on the wall that looked as though it was shot through a syringe. After someone was doing drugs intravenously, I immediately went to the office and asked for a refund and was told that since it had been more than 15 minutes since I got there, they weren't going to give me a refund, I seriously considered. Take an just paying for a different room.But we stayed there was cockroaches in the room, both alive and dead.It was the worst motel , six stay of my entire life

The photos lie! They must be from 20 years ago. The pool is closed permanently. It’s full of filth and has a tarp on it. The floor in our room hasn’t been mopped in years it seems. I found black hairs in the shower. The outside had boxes outside and a bag full of garbage sat outside of a room the 3 days we were there. I kept smelling something funky and I looked behind the curtain and it was nasty! Brown water stains. People live in some of the rooms and they look nasty- It was too late to ask for a refund so we just stayed because all hotels were booked up! If this hotel was fully renovated it would be good because I felt safe in the area and lots of great food places close. Do better!

Staff was friendly Spider/bedbug infested, holes in restroom door, dirty toilet and shower. Drug addicts roam the property overnight

Location was not far from the event I was in town for! The conditions of this property was absolutely deplorable. After seeing the room I immediately returned the key and told the staff member that I could not stay in those conditions. He was less than hospitable. The covers on the bed had cigarette burns, the door bottom left was damage you could clearly be outside. The carpet had a stench that could only be described as putrid. This was a horrible experience.

Supposed to be a smoke free room but smelled like an ash tray. Plus I see an additional charge of 60 dollars has been charged to my credit card in a separate charge. Won’t be staying at motel 6 again.

However, the property location felt unsafe and the room I checked into had multiple holes in the bathroom door, the tiles on the floor were damages, and it smelled like smoke. I spent a total of 1 minute in the room before going right back down to the office to check out and get my money back.

The bed in the room Pool was closed and the room smelled like cat musk. The hotel was very selfish with towel distribution and pillows. The hotel shower and shower curtain was small, dirty, and nasty.

Nothing Was told all rooms were non smoking. That was false. There were 2 ashtrays in the room we stayed in. Nicotine all over the walls room smelled of cigarettes. Bathroom was not the cleanest at all. Decided to not even stay all night. Slept a few hrs and left.

Disgusting room, hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned. The walls and towels and shower had deep stains. No shampoo or conditioner. The whole room smelled like smoke.
