The check in process was bad they were trying to charge me for the room after letting them know that it was paid already they wanted my credit card information after I told them that my reservation said that I didn’t need to provide one so it took about 40 minutes to get checked in

Check in Room smelled heavily of nicotine and cigarettes, walls, ceiling and fixtures were stained with years of smoking residue. Tiny shower. Room needed repairs to damage done by previous tenants

no breakfast, room was very small. looked like a russian poor home. the bed could have been off the floor. the shower was dirty, tv was fuzzy with very little reception

instead of properly staffing anything, they have a kiosk that has someone in another country on video. i’d love to know what company you’re outsourcing to since i’m required to give this weird kiosk my drivers license? also, my non smoking room smelled

Where it was located made it easy to get a quick bite to eat. We didn’t like the multiple pictures of the pool on their site for it to be permanently closed.

Front desk was helpful and polite. Room small musty when AC is on. Lamps and furniture broken. Bathroom was nice with enough towels. My stay was for two nights and i never see cleaning team came to my room for cleaning. Motel 6 is very close to zona rosa where I found good restaurants I won't recommend this place for more than two nights stay Thanks
