Super 8 by Wyndham Kansas City at Barry Road/Airport

Breakfast options were a bowl of cereal or toast. Bare bones and not really worth coming downstairs for.

Beds were horrible and rooms not very clean or parking lot either

My trip was delayed and wouldnt check in until 2am. Staff was very accommodating for me. They were able to meet my needs, however small they were. Definitely would stay there again when I come back to the city.

The room was dated. The lights and outlets stopped working. The staff did not respond to our in person request for assistance or our call to the front desk. Neither faucet in the bathroom was working properly. The AC was loud and did not cool adequately. The security lock on the door was missing. The breakfast room was a mess and was not attended to in a timely fashion. Will not be staying in a Super 8 again…

The room was not clean. Our room would not lock and the solution was don’t leave and just dead bolt the door. The breakfast consisted of a couple of packages of instant oatmeal and one apple.

Check in was a disaster. First room they tried to put us in hadn't been made up. Added fees at check in.

Anything I needed they got it for us Nothing

The location was excellent. The room seemed to have been cleaned well. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable. Only two towels and wash cloths were provided for a family of 4. We were checked into the hotel via a KIOSK and from an online interaction. This did not make us feel the safest about our stay, and there was no one to ask about getting more towels/wash cloths. When checking out online, it asked if we wanted to "tip" the staff... we literally saw NO staff on site, so that was laughable.

No ice available, cable tv was not working and hair dryer in room did not work. No compensation offered at check out.

If all you need is a bed and a bathroom this place will suit your needs. I received an email several hours before check-in wanting me to check-in online, including sending a picture of my id and entering my credit card number, etc. Once I arrived at the motel that afternoon, I was greeted, not by a person, but by a kiosk and had to go thru the entire process again (what was the purpose of doing it in advance?). In the future I will request an accessible room (costs extra) because we were given a room on the 3rd floor and they have no elevator, so we had to lug everything up 3 flights of stairs and of course they never air-condition the hallways and common areas. I was a sweaty mess by the time we got to the room. The room was dark and the windows were filthy. There was no coffee pot in the room (which I always use to make hot water for tea). The bed coverings were stained and the bathroom was minimally acceptable. We had to tighten the toilet seat ourselves so we wouldn't fall off the throne. I'll never stay here again.

The only good thing about this super 8 was the bed, and even that was only about 2 stars.. there were blood splatters in the bathroom, towels were stained, so we had to go buy some from Walmart. Sheets were nasty and stained. And don’t even get me started on the ‘continental breakfast’ it’s orange juice milk and apple juice. And oatmeal.

Would not stay here again if I had any other options.

Close Mini fridge did not work

Nice, clean and comfortable. Good location right off 29, walking distance from several restaurants and coffee shop. Staff was extra helpful. We'll stay there again.

All they had was coffee, packets of oatmeal, cold cereal, but no milk and fruit.

I was a very nice stay, very clean the only thing is the hot water isn't very hot.

Flexability That they don’t have a pool

I did appreciate them giving me a ground level do to my Handy Cap situation. Not exactly what I would term a breakfast. The coffee was good.
