Good clean place Breakfast needed more to choose from

When I arrived at my room, the TV didn't function, so I was promptly moved to a different room. In the morning, I chose to sleep a little more after breakfast and placed the sign on my door refusing room service. The employee ignored the sign, knocked, and then began to enter after I said to hold on a moment so I could get dressed. Good thing I had the security bar on, otherwise she may have seen more than she bargained for.

The front desk lady was amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed and brought us extra towels and blankets knowing we would be utilizing the couch. She was kind and considerate. She was great! My family got checked in at 1am from a flight and house keeping came by at 815am knocking on the door like we were in trouble or something. She was just getting an early start to her day I guess. Not sure why she couldn't have waited for us to check out.

I asked 3 times on Friday, starting g in the early AM, for my room to be serviced. I was heading out early and would be back at noon. Never was serviced. Asked again, left again, still wasn’t serviced. Saw your housecleaning team in the hall, asked them to service again as they were on the 1st floor, still didn’t service. The 1st room I checked into smelled like mildew and the bathroom door was broken. They moved me. Stilled smelled like mildew, but at that point just wanted a room. Then it wasn’t serviced u till 10:15am Saturday morning. I checked in Thursday, unacceptable.

Staff was super kind and helpful. We had problems with our reservation and they were very kind while working it out. The breakfast is very simple and not very good. Not many options.

We’ve stayed in the area before and this is our favorite place. I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

Parking was convenient and easy, room was very clean and was designed well. Breakfast was average similar to other hotels I’ve stayed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots to do shopping, restaurants etc within walking or short drive away.

Our room was very nice, clean and spacious. I really liked the lay out of the room and the big cushy couch with the trundle. The breakfast was good and the staff members were very welcoming. I’d definitely go back.

Nice and clean. Modern too

Rooms were great. There were two charging stations. One was not in operation and the other was not user friendly to be nice. We charged at a local gas station with a Fast Charger. All of our reservations in the future will depend upon access to convenient, onsite, EV Charging. We just traveled 1900 miles in our EV this trip.

Location Rooms weren’t ready and pull outs didn’t have bedding

Everything was amazing “EXCEPT” for “1” major problem and 2 other problems. This really really pissed me off because I missed out on half or more of my sleep. Those stupid glass panels on the desk area rattle every time someone would walk on our floor or the floor above us. Finally I got up and packed wet Kleenex between the glass to stop it from rattling. The other things are too many light bulbs are burned out in both of the rooms I had. In the other room besides all the bulbs around the beds area being burned out the phone didn’t work. Come on people. Fix this stuff. An excuse that bulbs have been on order for a month is stupid. Go to Home Depot or Lowe’s and buy them.
