Excellent location and comfortable Confusing to locate room

For the size it was easy to get around

Property was clean and well kept. Only down fall was that breakfast ended an 9:30am. Usually open until 10 at other places. So we missed breakfast completely after coming in late from travel. Everything else was amazing!

The clerk Debbie wasn't friendly at all

The room was clean. The communication to the staff to guest about the closed pool. Breakfast service the first morning. The broken sidewalk. Hard for wheeled bags and tripping hazard. We checked in around 2:45 pm. After a long drive from Pear tree in St. Louis the granddaughters wanted to go swimming. We got changed for swimming and went to the pool. Closed. We went to the desk and asked when it would be open. The man at the desk had no clue that it was closed. A lady from the office came out and she had no idea of the closing. They invited us to go to the Embassy down the street. Not what we planned. We went to the other hotel to swim. They want to charge me to park but change after she was informed of the problem. The pool area had a odor that was no terrible but offensive. We swam maybe an hour. Now I have to take 3 wet people back to the place we was staying. New car leather seats. That killed the plans for the night so we change and did things that night that we planned for the next day. Granddaughters not happy. I did get 30 dollar back. I dont like to pay for parking at a place I staying at. The second morning Breakfast was much better service we did not have to wait for food like our first morning. Over all out of 1- 10 I would give you 6. Our stay in St.Louis at the Pear tree would get a 10. There is NO motivation for me to stay at or recommend the hotel. The weekend of the 19- 20 of September is are family reunion. 6 families have booked at a different location. Larry werner

Had a full kitchen in the room and has all the kitchen necessities. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Had a good trip was super hot and ac could keep cool. Staff got fans to help very useful!

Good place to stay for a short trip. Close to nearby stores and restaurants. Only complaint was room service. Asked for new towels and trash bags at 9 am. At 11, items had still not arrived. Called the front desk and said they would be there shortly. 12 and nothing. We had to go look for housekeeping to get items.

The rooms are clean and spacious. No complaints.

Overall nice property, staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are modest, gyms are nice, pool and basketball are great features. Wish they had a hot tub and showers near pool- they do not. Breakfast has many options and staff are accommodating. Rooms are a bit dated, but clean and comfy.

The hotel was very nice. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. My only negatives were stained sheets and a dirty shower. Breakfast was better than expected as well.

Only issue is the potholes in the parking lot and roads. Everything else is terrific.

Clean room and great staff

Elevator service is very slow because they have an elevator that has been out of service for several months now, and the other elevator is the same one that housekeeping uses for their big carts. Difficult to get down from the 4th floor.

Great location away from the mess of downtown KC. The hotel was very clean inside and out. Quiet at night. Pool was decent for the kids. Front desk staff was great. I didn't get names, but the man that checked me in was very friendly and the woman on Saturday evening was so helpful even though she was very busy with phone call after phone call and helping check in others. Our room was great, we booked a 2 queen bed room, but ended up being upgraded to a bigger room. I'm forever thankful for that. It was clean and very spacious. Will return to this location if in the area again.
