Residence Inn by Marriott Kansas City Airport

Our stay at the Residence Inn was outstanding. The staff was polite and so kind. They noticed that we drove a distance and offered us a room upgrade so we are comfortable at night. Also kindly accepted our late check out request as we had a later flight. Breakfast was warm and offered great variety. We needed warm milk and they kindly got that for us. Everyone seemed like they went above and beyond to make our stay welcoming and wonderful! Needless to say it will be my go to hotel if I am planning to visit KC again.

The room was a great size, carpets need to be cleaned! Otherwise a great place!

We have stayed a few times now and it is always the same....amazing!! From the Front Desk Manager, Dalton, who went above and beyond to make us happy, to the kitchen staff, who are super kind and helpful, it is our favorite place to stay in KC now! The beds never disapoints and the breakfast bar is the best in town. Thanks Residence Inn, we will be back!

Staff

Be prepared to pay for parking and it's complicated. It doesn't act like it goes through and then ends up charging you three times. The place is older but clean. Beds are older and not as comfortable as others that we have stayed in. Kind of pricey for the quality.

Very happy to stay at any Residence Inn. I always look for this hotel everywhere I travel.

Have to give a big shout out to Tobi! She is amazing. She alone makes the hotel special, from check in to check out-making sure guests have everything they need. Our room was well equipped and spacious. Exceeded expectations!

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable and attractive. Toby and Lavonda were friendly and helpful at the front desk; all staff were pleasant and doing a great job. The morning breakfast is delicious with hot and cold choices. Hot and cold beverages are available in the lobby, presented attractively and conveniently in the main walkway. TV viewing options included streaming which was very nice.

Our bed and room were clean, attractive and comfortable. Toby and Lavonda at front desk were friendly and helpful! Breakfast and lobby beverages were delicious. We appreciated the tv channels and streaming options.

They knew about my dogs and even though we were a very late check in (11:40 pm) and left by 10:30am. I still have to pay almost $400! They never said anything about a non refundable pet deposit and I never signed anything but they just randomly tacked it on without telling me
