Great stay. Wonderful staff, close to manhattan, comfy room, slept like a baby.

Release it when my bank isn’t the merchant to release it.

It was clean . Nice rooms Nothing.

good location Bed and pillows were uncomfortable hurt my back. Towels were thin. A/C was very noisy. Color of the hallway was dismal and the orange and grey room was not relaxing. Had a bad vibe.

It was a great location The room were too too small. The water pressure in the shower was very low. The mattress felt like it dipped in the middle.

I thought I read for 10 additional USD breakfast was included. I ws looking at so many hotels I could have mistaken it for another hotel. I had breakfast outside the hotel. The rows clean and love love loved the roof top. The location was excellent for both bus and train. I cannot think of anything I did not like.

Wonderful stay! Spacious super clean room, comfortable bed, clean and modern bathroom, front desk staff was amazing! So kind and lovely! 10/10 , well done and will stay again !

It was nice, clean and had a lot in the hotel but also around it Water pressure was iffy and the location meant a lot of traffic so noise at late hours

Excellent location. Close enough to the main attractions but far enough where it’s a quiet area to stay at night. I felt safe and I believe a lot of locals live in this area. It’s very close to the subway as well. The staff is amazing and always friendly! If I had to be picky…they could use more dusting and maybe have a mini fridge inside the room. We were only there for 3 nights so it wasn’t a big deal but can imagine this being problematic if you like cold drinks or need to refrigerate medicine.

From the minute we walked in to the minute we left everyone was super nice and helpful. The location of the hotel was great with so many food & coffee spots around it. Amazing view from the rooftop and so many little snack and drink options at the lobby. A full bar with music at the lounge.

Great location, clean rooms and very comfy beds. At time of booking I made a request for a room at the back of the hotel on a higher floor. Request was ignored, put me in a room on the front of the hotel across from construction work on opposite building, was very noisy and was woken up at 6am every day due to construction workers using loud equipment.

We are always greeted with friendly smiles when we walk in the door at Aloft in LIC. We have stayed numerous times and will continue. STRONG air freshener in the hallway. Always gives me a headache. It’s so strong. And the small soap gets stuck in the plastic soap tray. It needs ridges or you should have liquid soap.
