Location Was given keys to an occupied room at first, then the first night the phone in the room started beeping at 2am and I had to call the front desk for someone to remove it, the tv remote didn’t work, no housekeeping came by on my second day there. The temperature in the room varied a lot overnight.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was consistently welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to making guests feel comfortable. My room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and surprisingly quiet — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The amenities were well thought out, and every detail felt intentional. I truly appreciated the smooth check‑in process and the overall atmosphere of calm and hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant, stress‑free experience.

This was a really nice hotel. I would stay again. If anything, I just had issues with the design of the bathroom mostly. The sliding door does not close all the way. Otherwise, the room was fine and everything was good from the lobby and courtyard to pool table and then the views of the city on the top floor.

Clean room and clean hotel.

Loved, loved the rooms!! So beautiful, despite being small. The bar was disappointing. One of the bartenders said she had all the ingredients for Caribbean rum punch, then made me a drink that was very diluted with no taste of the spices she said she had. My husband’s “boom box” cocktail was filled with ice, the boom box was opaque so we couldn’t see that until he started drinking. Front desk was friendly and printed my itinerary.l for me since the printer was not working. I wish I had gone up to the rooftop for the views. I would go back, and skip the bar!

Would have been nice to have 24 hour coffee and tea in the lobby. Nice room though.

It was good. Room was slightly different than what we assumed it was going to be like. We got a handicap accessible shower , view was not manhattan view and they asked for a $200 security deposit on top of cost of room for one night. Breakfast was complimentary. It was good as rated.

Great place to stay if you need to be in the Long Island City part of Queens. Convenient to Manhattan via Uber or Subway. The gym in the hotel is perfect to get some exercise also conveniently open 24hrs and very clean. Equipment is enough to get the job done.
