Our first time staying in Queens as opposed to Manhattan. We will be back! We had an absolutely wonderful time and the staff was extremely accommodating.

My only complaint is the breakfast - the breads / bagels and eggs were stale and dry. Inedible really. But other than that, close enough to Manhattan without having to deal with city traffic.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, room and facility was very clean. The beds were extremely comfy. We enjoyed our stay! The room did not have a microwave.

Very convenient. Near to or accessible to everything. Yes. Phone going into emergency mode at 2:30am. Desk clerk said I set it off. I was asleep and across room. Very insulting and condescending, to say nothing of the sleep I lost at being scared.
