very clean bathroom

The breakfast was well stocked, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. We were able to reserve parking for the stay which was convenient.

Very clean and nice play to stay area is quiet close to metro stations so easy to move around the city. The only issue is not parking space. Too limited space inside the hotel and you need to schedule and pay by separate. There are parking lots close to the hotel but must full most of the time.

Wish there was a microwave. No toiletries provided other than shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, and everything worked perfectly. The hotel was in a great location, making it easy to get around and visit nearby attractions. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made for a relaxing stay. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay. I would happily stay here again in the future. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!

We're very glad we stayed here? It's a stone's throw away from Manhattan, and hospitable and spacious which is hard to find in the city. The staff was generous and helpful and the surrounding neighborhood was great. Wonderful place to stay especially if you have a small family, for a few days.

Confirmed room by Expedia, when we got there we showed our confirmed reservation and reservation confirmation email and they said there was no rooms available!
-
Awesome staff from beginning to end! Super comfortable and quiet with a wonderful buffet breakfast. Lots of great restaurants in the area, too, and close to 2 subways!
-
We enjoy staying here and commuting to Manhattan for sightseeing. It’s very convenient to the subway and there’s always parking for our rental car!
-
Great AC for the crazy NYC summers. Great showers and morning breakfast was good. By two metro stops, about half a dozen restaurants and a dozen food trucks. Corner store food and snacks great. 7 Train (5 min walk) made it easy to get to Manhattan in about 20 minutes.
-
Nice and clean. Good place to stay.

Can’t think of any

Our first time staying in Queens as opposed to Manhattan. We will be back! We had an absolutely wonderful time and the staff was extremely accommodating.

Nice and clean. Great hotel

Room was quiet & good enough space for all our luggage. Breakfast was very simple. Very close to subway station .

The front desk staff who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name. Room was spacious for our family of 5. Even though room was facing a major road with heavy traffic, the double glazed window kept the room quiet so we had no problem getting a good rest. Breakfast provided was delicious as well, though the breakfast area could get a little crowded. Easy walking distance to subway and LIRR as well as a smaller sized Target. Parking on site. On the first day we checked in, one of the bath towels smelt horrible after we used it to dry ourselves (smelt like dead fish). Would be nice to have liquid hand soap instead of a bar soap.

Good breakfast and very close to the train station.
