The location suited my purpose.

When checking in, the hotel associate was nice and helpful. Requesting for more hotel luggage carts/ dolly. Thank you for the biscuits & gravy. Staff in the morning were cordial. And the poppyseed muffins were delicious.

The front desk staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean! Great location too.

The rooms were cleaned and it was noisy due to how busy this the place was. Overall, we had a productive and positive stay.

Great stay! Everything was excellent.

Everything was great staff was awesome and breakfast was good. Solid stay.

Girl at the desk was very friendly and helpful when I couldn’t figure out our tv. Room was nice and clean, bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable. Close to shopping and food. Would stay here again.

I had to wait 10 minutes to check in because there was no one at the front desk. They were away and did not leave any sign saying they had stepped away. I rang the bell multiple times and called the location from my cell phone, no answer. Finally someone showed up and when I confronted with them they argued with me about how long they were gone rather than apologizing for making me wait.

The bed was very comfortable. There was no hot water to take a shower. I requested an early checkout, and was still billed for the original reservation.

It was very well maintained and up-kept. Great staff as well

The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Expedia handled trip challenges exceptionally.
