Property its self was okay, however we stayed two nights and didn’t have remotes for tv. Staff didn’t seemed concerned with taking care of replacing the so no tv during our stay.

Simplicity in your TV operation of your television so someone can watch would be nice

The hotel computer laptop in lobby was not hooked up. I had hoped to be able to print something out.

Breakfast was not going.

I like that was a clean place and the breakfast was good too

The inside of the hotel and room was clean. The sidewalks were covered with debris from trees and the grassy areas were trashy. The door on our shower would not stay closed while I was taking a shower. I reported it to the front desk clerk and was offered a towel to wedge behind the door to keep it closed. The breakfust was good.

cantina could use some choices for a sweet tooth

Full disclosure, I arrived at 1:30 AM the night of check in. Front desk attendant worked through a computer issue to find my reservation and get me checked in. I left my medicine there in a scramble the next morning. They shipped my medication from Memphis to Birmingham and were super pleasant about it. Great experience.

Overall a great value for the price. My only observation is the cleanliness of the shower doors and shower fixtures.

The staff was not accommodating at all, especially the front desk manager. We were told they could probably figure out a way to get us checked in early and we rolled up to the hotel with 10 cars in the parking lot at a hotel that had at least 60 to 70 rooms where we were told by a front desk, staff person that they could accommodate us for a fee. The front desk manager was not accommodating at all, in spite of having an empty hotel so we wound up getting another hotel and losing two days worth of hotel stay. We tried to explain to the manager that we have been traveling for at least 18 hours and we’re in town for a funeral and would be great if we could check in early but it didn’t happen.

Clean and spacious room

Room wonderful ad amenities available. Just did not need. Breakfast just ok.

The staff was wonderful however the room smelled so bad I had to go get something to spray on the carpet. TV didn’t work and the WiFi was often down. Amenities very cheap.

Very clean and modern. Room was great, chilled and refreshing. Friendly staff. Good selection for breakfast. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Was a good last min stay

Loved the room, loved breakfast. The TV had apps, but no internet access. so Direct TV was very confusing to use, had to ask staff for help. Great internet on my laptop and phone.

Property was unkept and unsanitary. Bath tub was filthy. Floors needed sweeping and mopping. No internet to stream television in rooms. Laundry room was trashy. Dirty towels in the gym.

Had a overall great experience

Air conditioner was not adjusting to room temperature.
