I’ve stayed several times and everything was okay. This time wasn’t pleasant idk if staff called out because of the holiday or what. We did not have any maid service. I left the room around 1 sat afternoon and returned around 11pm to no clean towels. There was no staff at the desk I waited around 20 minutes and finally got some towels. I did not want to go through that after a long hot 4th of July day.

The only reason we stayed there is because the sister property that we had originally booked had AC problems. So the first room we were given the lights in the room did not work and the toilet didn’t flush. The front desk person was a little mad that I came back down. She moved us to a different room and that toilet moved when you sat down on it. The shampoo was empty. I will never stay at this property again and will probably avoid Hampton Inna because of this.

Nothing My family was bitten up by Bed Bugs, we never could get any towels it was just a horrible experience.

Nothing My partial stay was horrible and disgusting. I am going to try and make a long story very short. Me and my family traveled from Columbus Ohio to Memphis Tennessee for a family reunion. Are stay was supposed to be for June 26th - June 29th. Well we discovered bed bugs (I have pictures) the front desk receptionist (Ms Daphne) at first refused to move us to another room she then had a change of heart I guess once she seen me loading my tuck back up with our belongings because I didn’t want to leave my things in that room ( Room 416). Well she did eventually change my room Saturday night when I came back to the hotel from my family reunion. Well I checked my new room (Room 418) here we again bed bugs again at this point it’s pass midnight I had to deal with until the morning. Well Sunday morning comes and before I can report my new room me and my family of a total of 18 people was asked to leave the hotel. Basically because Ms Daphne put her personal feelings in it because her name is attached to a lot of emails that me and my family was reporting while we there. So we was told by Ms Daphne that the general manager Starr came in looking for us and wasn’t able to locate one of us to let us know she would prefer us to just leave the hotel and they will refund us for one day stay and was told if we wanted a full refund to take it up with our third party company we booked through (Booking.com). I have filed a complaint with Booking. Com I have also disputed the charge with my bank. And I also will be contacting the Memphis Health Department. I will be also consulting with a lawyer. How were treated for a very serious situation they we discovered and honestly not just us also other patrons also stated they seen bed bug eggs in there room as well. But to be treated as such for your companies issue was down right wrong, unethical on your staff behalf. I am tremendously disappointed with my brief stay.

Their breakfast was awful. First day was there they were out of waffle mix at 7 am they opened for breakfast at 6 took about 30 minutes to get it refilled. Their coffee was very weak could read a newspaper through it. Second day they had biscuits and gravy only thing at 8am they were out of biscuits and the lady said that they were frozen they put some in the oven and they probably won't be done until they get ready to close at 9 am. Will not be staying there again. Room was not very clean.

The only thing I liked was the breakfast and the gentleman who worked it, he was always friendly and kind. Rooms are gross, your feet turn black from walking on the carpet, no microwaves in the rooms below the 4th floor, NO TOWELS WE HAD 3 TOWELS FOR 4 PEOPLE FOR 2 DAYS. We asked multiple times at different times for more towels and was told that there is no more in the whole hotel. My family members had another room, and their toilet dis not work at all. It took the hotel a whole day before giving them a new room. No one is ever at the desk after 6 pm. Do not book here

The housekeepers were rude, and the hotel did not have enough towels for the rooms. The housekeepers hatefully said that “it wasn’t their fault they didn’t have any to give us to shower because people steal them!”

The Staff are 5 stars. The property needs upkeep and the grass was desperately needing cutting. It is a good and safe location.

Well maintained plush property with great value. Nothing in particular - late check out was requested and provided for an additional 2 hours. Not sure if it could have been provided for longer. My daughter needed it for a couple of hours more. But no complaints
