We had a great stay. Every staff member we encounter was so very nice and helpful.

Location is good, staff was nice. The building design is nice,l liked the layout courtyard basketball court although l was only there long and didn't use it. Shower dripped water all night. Faucet in kitchen broken or no cold water. The refrigerator was on but not cold. Chair at table stained and dirty looking.I haven't gotten my $100 hold on my card back yet, but waiting for that.Bare minimum towels and washcloths.

The Roaches

very kind staff and clean room

Terrible the only thing nice is the lobby ! The rooms stink they have bugs the bed was broken they don’t clean or refresh the rooms I was there 3 terrible days the halls have caution wet floor signs out and they have carpet that’s literally soaking wet just terrible rethink if you think about going or wasting your money here !

Staff was friendly, but could’ve asked if I was a Hilton Honors member (I am) and asked for my member # to receive credit for my stay. Also, the grounds around the hotel are badly in need of mowing, trimming and the trees/bushes need to be cleaned up of dead branches. The couch in my room was badly stained and needs to be cleaned! There were standard pillow cases placed on king size pillows. Overall, the place needs some focused TLC.

I kitchen was new well appoint room was clean I did not like having to walk to another building to my room , plus I was planning business meetings and my colleagues would have to be met at the front entrance and brought to my room this was inconvenient. TV channels were scrambled and unavailable. Halls seems dark and worn with no ac . Greatest was unappetizing runny eggs and some mystery meat , no variety in baked goods marginal in my experience. I left after one night .

I would like to recognize Miss Molly in housekeeping for the exceptional job she did during my stay. She went above and beyond to make sure I had the towels I asked for.. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out. Thank you, Miss Molly, for making my stay such a wonderful experience!

Food was excellent and bed comfortable,no dish cloth, no paper towels,no soap. The pool was filthy everyone complained about the pool they said it was closed for the rain.

Suite did not have hot water in shower or sink. Missing light fixture in bathroom. Return air vent in bed side of suite was pulled out of wall. Light in fixture above dining table was flickering, not horrible, but just many things that need to be addressed. This did not feel up to Hilton standards.

Molly provided exceptional service during my stay. She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Her kindness and attention to detail made my experience truly enjoyable. Thank you, Molly, for your outstanding hospitality!

AC did not work furniture was dirty and messed up. Had electrical tape covering up exposed electrical to the elevator bathroom hangers for towels were loose and hanging would not recommend or ever go back.
