Clean room. Nice accommodations.

Breakfast is not complementary which they do make you aware but our room was absolutely dirty. There was a soda cup and takeout wrappers under our bed and we didn’t have any take out besides pizza. Staff was helpful and made sure we got into our room.

Had 2 towels for a two night stay and when we ran out front desk couldn’t assist us with more towels.. saying they don’t keep them up there find housekeeping and when we found them they didn’t have any

Most channels do not work. Most of the gym equipment needed fixing. A lot of weed smelling areas.

We just stopped in for a place to sleep for a few hours while we were on the road. We found it to be clean, safe and comfortable. It’s a great option if you’re reluctant to stay in Memphis.

Every was great. No complaints. Highly recommended hotel.

Horrible place. Bath tub was leaking. Some one started playing loud music at 5:30am in the morning... no proper sleep, hallways always noisy... I wouldnt stay at this place ever again.

No soap in the bathroom. Called the front desk, and they told us they don't provide soap and asked us to use body wash as hand soap instead.

Nice, quiet, and peaceful. Located in a quiet, convenient area, just off the highway. My room was kept clean by the custodians and maintenance. Reservations were easily scheduled. However, new mattress needed, water builds up in the tube during the shower, and air conditioner too loud. I had to turn it off for a peaceful sleep. Other than that, everything and each employee I encountered were topnotch!

We were on the third floor, when the elevator door opened the smell of Marijuana was strong this was supposed to be a non-smoking facility. There is no doubt that the management doesn't smell it they just chose to let it happen. They need to change to a smoking facility and stop advertising as non-smoking or enforce the policy
