Four Points by Sheraton Memphis Southwind

Poor

Great stay

Exceptional

Beds were very comfortable. The Staff was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room smelled fresh and clean. The hotel was quiet. We had a restful night. There were immenites nearby ie. Shopping, restaurants, gas stations, etc. The refrigerator/freezer needed to be defrosted. There were not enough towels for two people when we arrived. There wasn't a liner in the ice bucket.

Very good

Comfortable beds, excellent friendly staff

Having to buy our breakfast.

The staff was absolutely amazing!!! So friendly. The beds were so comfortable the pool was amazing and clean. Safe area and I am surprised that more people were not staying there. Every staff member there did an amazing job. Definitely would stay here again.

2 carts for the property. I've had surgery had to carry my luggage to my car. They offered after I dragged them myself. I had more than usual. My car was being repaired. Therefore; I had to take everything out of the car. Memphis was on my way home.

Everything worked as it should and staff was nice. I have no complaints

Bad

Our first room was hot and air conditioner ended up leaking all over the floor. The bed was horrible and you could feel the springs coming through your back when lying on it.We moved at 10:30 PM at night with three kids to the third floor. The couch looked like somebody had had sex on it and distributed body fluids all over it. It was disgusting. I was highly disappointed in my stay at this location. The hallways were extremely hot and it was just not a good experience. The staff was helpful. I honestly feel like I should receive money back from my stay.

Carpet in room was filthy

Good air conditioning, and a very good cleaned room

Exceptional

Kids running up and down the hallway till 2:30 AM. We could hear every footstep from the above room. It was not a restful sleep. This property could be updated with a new paint job in the rooms.

The staff at the front were very nice and friendly. We came in it was really clean and nice. The amount of beds abd sofa sleeper was just enough for our family. We enjoyed our breakfast . Thank you so much for having great staff at breakfast as well it was very delicious ! Thank you so much for the apples our kids got . We greatly appreciate your service for us ! May God bless you and your staff ! We will definitely recommend this hotel and looking forward to staying again at your hotel . Thank you so much again for taking great care of us ! We greatly appreciate it!
