everything went really well! The room was clean and nice, the bathroom also. The AC was great, and the bed was perfect! We'd definitely stay again if we pass through there.

Bugs under mattress. Unclear whether they were bed bugs. Multiple buckets catching water from the ceiling, and the elevator sounded like it was about to stop working at any second. There were large roaches in the parking lot. I do not recommend staying here. We left moments after check in.

I stayed for 4 nights. Three of those nights the elevator was down and we were on the 3rd floor. With medical conditions this made our stay miserable and almost unbearable. The bathroom toilet handle was broken, the towel rack hanging off on one side and 3 holes on the shower curtain.

I was stuck in lift for 20 mins then room phone was ringing in the middle of the night caused disturbance ,overall it’s good stay

The pool was under maintenance as soon as we got there, so now I had disappointed kids. The pool was one of the reasons we chose here! At 11:30pm, the fire alarm went off for 30 seconds then it quit. Apparently it was a false alarm, but really??? In the morning, the elevator was out of order, and being on the 2nd floor made it a headache to haul our stuff up and down the stairs. Plus, our daughter has a sprained ankle, so this made it even harder on her. Breakfast was OK, but the trash can was overflowing and no one emptied it. The tables were dirty and had trash on some of them. Only other positive was that the rooms were pretty clean. I'd give it zero stars if I could. We are definitely not staying here again. This was ridiculous.

Not bad for a place to sleep. Staff allowed people to loiter around the property. Kind of sketchy.

Name staff was amazingly helpful, efficient check in and courtesy. After traveling so long was nice to be able to get to the room and rest.

The room and property was excellent!! Rooms were very clean and maintained. Staff was all friendly and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was so good and had a variety of everything.

Memphis can be a sketchy place, but this hotel wasn't. Front desk was helpful, room was clean/quiet and the breakfast was good. 10/10

Very clean and comfortable room. King bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional with a lot of choices.

Stayed here when I had some business in Memphis, stayed again before returning back home.

The room was cery spacious for me and quite clean. Front desk was friendly and quick with my check in process. Laundry rooms were also clean and convenient.
