Had a wonderful experience during our stay! Staff is very professional, great variety on the breakfast buffet, and we thoroughly enjoyed the daily happy hour offered.

Breakfast should have have my variety I’m not a pork eater. I would like if they start having turkey meat and just have a variety of different things they have the same thing all the time do not change up under their menus. and the staff charged me twice for my stay and refused to return my call regarding the fraud transaction. I’ve been waiting for three days now and no one has returned my call from Holiday Inn. They have too many people hanging out at the front desk you smell marijuana I believe it should be ran professionally. It seems to be so ghetto every day we was there. I also would like someone to call me from hotel.com in regards to this matter. I’m very disappointed for someone to take money out of my account twice and have not returned my call. Thank you.

Stayed for the 4th of July weekend traveling from St Louis. Card was charged before I had even checked in. Made it back on Sunday and saw an additional pending charge of about $753. Again, my room was paid for prior to check in, so I am very confused why there are additional charges and why so much. Lucky for me the pending charge was removed Monday morning. Unfortunately for my sister, she had 3 individual charges for $301 and 3 charges for $50. Monday 2 charges for $301 went through and the other charges are still pending. She called the hotel and the employees are refusing to speak with her.

Clean and comfortable I left my charge in the room, I called that night when i decided to charge my phone. The night shift lady was very rude telling me she didn’t know if anything was found and I had to call the next morning to check. Then I heard a girl telling her say no. Then said No
